If you're familiar with my YT channel, you'll know I have a big soft spot for Parrish and love the communities it offers, as well as the spacious lots, low HOA fees and super low taxes. If you're looking for the quiet life, but still pretty close to everywhere you would want to be... Parrish may just be the perfect spot for you.
Here are my top 10 neighborhoods in Parrish. All 10 of these offer something a little different about them that make them a bit special. Of course, Parrish offers many other communities that may be very new, have a lot more homes in them, as well as many other smaller pocket neighborhoods. But it's top 10 for a reason, and if you're moving to Parrish, I would say there is a very high chance you will be moving to 1 of these top 10 neighborhoods, instead of elsewhere. Enjoy the video : )

Anyway, David got us a very special home in Parrish! We have waterfront on both front and back! Our Lanai pool area overlooks a large pond that only has houses across on half the pond, so lush views across the pond. Then the road in front is right across from another pond! So our water views front and back will never be spoiled.

No, not one of these are in the top 10 now. Stay well clear of every neighborhood suggested in this video. JK! This is still the top 10 for me : )

Visiting Sarasota area July 2/9/2021would like to check out Parrish area for retirement in 2 years any chance of showing us some properties.
Hi Stephen, being a couple of years out I recommend driving through these neighborhoods and getting a feel for the area. If you have a specific criteria in mind then please call or email me and I'll point you in the right direction. I don't advise us seeing homes at this stage as they inevitably won't be available for when you're ready to buy, and sellers/homeowners are still advised due to Covid to not show their homes unnecessarily. I would focus your next trip here exploring the area(s) over individual homes.
