Teachers who don't have great teachers can't teach....Alot of trainers nowadays don't do it for knowledge being passed on the next generation but for the money ... Choose ya trainers wisely...
@Dennis lol what a strange thing to say. If I don't believe as you do, I am BS as a person? VERY judgmental and closed minded of you. I would have to actually know you to judge that about you, despite us disagreeing on the god claim. In any case, be well.
always thought this was named the L step. great video coach! used this move a little bit in my amateur fights. helped me stay on my target without compromising my balance
I know how to teach boxing. But your vids is helping articulate it 1,000x better. Great content. Had to subscribe 🔥 true real raw content. It's hard to find these days
useful video i searched for this by looking for L step and ended up here. I can do the technique but didnt actually understand its purpose, so thanks for this clear and simple explanation
Coach A-You have a "knack" for communicating. I didn't know what I was seeing, but I've seen that "reset" move many times on tape, video, etc. And the guys that first came to my mind were Sugar Ray Leonard and Pacquiao. '
Yo what's up Coach I watch your vids on a daily to improve my boxing. I'm all the way from New Zealand and i guess I can speak for everyone that we appreciate your time and your uploads and just wanna say thanks again Coach. Lyrix Samuel
Great video! If you’re concerned about sound a lavalier mic is really great. You can get one that is wireless and it’ll pull sound straight to your camera.
Just purchased your footwork vid on your website...I dabbled in mma yrs ago and have a lot of bad habits/muscle memory with my feet and have struggled. The knowledge and drills shared are great and will be incorporated within my training in the gym. Thanks coach
@silent mental aporoach Yea he was outlanding Wilder in almost every round while throwing less punches but sure he was "just holding his arms up like he´s doing something" XD
@LiquidSmooth mayweather is the bigger draw so you would go up to fight him. And yes he would. 50 times people thought they had a chance against money. 50 times they got trounced. You would be a pushover
Helpful tips ! Just a suggestion, if you are investing a lot of time into making videos for your website, maybe look into a lavalier mic. Yeah it's a hassle initially to setup and get familiar with it, but in the long run it would definitely be worthwhile. I've got too much breathing on the audio for some of the videos I made while travelling. I wish I had invested more time on the audio in the beginning. You could also look into a shotgun mic and see how it performs.
Great work coach first time seeing ur videos I’m taking ur advice on the coaching ur given try to get back in shape been doing the dad need start getting in shape got that damn bod this is the year keep ur videos coming thanks god bless coach.
Yes the Skip step has a purpose it's to create and escape route for instance after landing a combo moreover the skip step can be used in conjunction with angles as you said in conjunction with the shuffle but However the purpose I would love to see expounded upon the skip step is used in many situations and can be done forward backward and side to side if your familiar with MMA and Kickboxing, K1, and Glory Kickboxing you will see fighters strike simultaneously while skip stepping yes ....
Much love Coach. Wanted to go train w you for a bit. Moved to Boston area from Florida and I'm finally getting to where I wanna be financially. Still young and wanted to get into boxing. Most definitely looking at visiting the gym!
Izaac Torres It’s more tactical to put the weight on the back foot to shift away from your opponent instead of the front foot and leaning in where you can be thrown off balance with a punch, also bouncing off the rear foot creates momentum you can use to throw into your next punch.
I keep downloading offline video's in my phone cause i wanna know the fundamental of boxing even though in my country boxing you can find everywhere..but i just wanna know more..thank you sir
Can somebody explain to me why you can’t just step to the right with your right foot and then bring your lead foot with it? Why and when would you use this instead of simply stepping to the right?
Knockemout jones is this only useful in a closed stance (orthodox vs orthodox)? I’m a southpaw so would this only be useful against another southpaw or would this work in an open stance (southpaw vs orthodox)
nice one bro keep it up man. love y'a demos.. I hit the bag for fitness and love doing little drills inbetween my sets.... I don't feel comfortable moving to my right side. so I'm gonna try this out on the bag.. cheers mate
Thank you coach for this lesson.
By the way not all coaches know how to teach boxing.

I learned to do this naturally. No one taught me this but once you learn footwork you’ll find that you may do it own your own without noticing.
I’m self trained in the garage, learned from your videos 🙏
Videos can help (If you already have a base of knowledge), but you should have a coach if you can afford to get to a club. Good luck training! :)
Dennis so are u

Bet your garbage in the ring
Michael Perez big egos and boxing are never a good combination. What was the reason for you to talk down on him?
Coach you ve teaching me boxing for the past year. I have improved so much. Thanks coach. Greetings from London UK.
Good footwork drills. It's similar to how you want to move against a grappler or slugger. Toro!
lol 50% off cuz he's a perfectionist. top coach props
always thought this was named the L step. great video coach! used this move a little bit in my amateur fights. helped me stay on my target without compromising my balance
Is this a right pivot combined with a right lateral step, yeah nah?
Thank you Coach! My movement and stance felt clunky as I move around the bag, this will definitely help me a lot!

This is one of those movements I do all the time, but never had someone teach me or explain the purpose. Awesome vid as always!
What is the purpose of the small down step Cadre?
I know how to teach boxing. But your vids is helping articulate it 1,000x better. Great content. Had to subscribe 🔥 true real raw content. It's hard to find these days

So coach , what happens if you move to the left?
Great video! If you’re concerned about sound a lavalier mic is really great. You can get one that is wireless and it’ll pull sound straight to your camera.

I’ve been trying to learn the switch step now my footwork is great thank you
Please , please break down Fury's defense vs. Wilder.
Theweasle made a pretty good breakdown of that fight. It´s more of an MMA channel but the dude is legit with his analyzing and breakdowns.
@silent mental aporoach Yea he was outlanding Wilder in almost every round while throwing less punches but sure he was "just holding his arms up like he´s doing something" XD
@@Mrraerae well yeah and wilder had his chance to put Tyson to sleep but fury decided that enough sleep ,time to wake up for the count
@LiquidSmooth mayweather would put you on your arse stfu
@LiquidSmooth mayweather is the bigger draw so you would go up to fight him. And yes he would. 50 times people thought they had a chance against money. 50 times they got trounced. You would be a pushover
Thank you Anthony. My trainer did not know how to teach me this simple move.

Sorry for the late question coach Anthony, but what is the purpose of the skip step BEFORE the shuffle? why wouldn't you just shuffle and circle out?
Amazing stuff that you're showing 🙏🙏🙏
good content and notice your building a positive community. please keep taking the time for new videos. this channel will get to 1mil

Amazing job
Great lesson coach 💯🥊
Why do boxers cross there feet when moving latterly I noticed even moving to the left lateral the rear foot crosses behind the lead food when moving ?
Izaac Torres It’s more tactical to put the weight on the back foot to shift away from your opponent instead of the front foot and leaning in where you can be thrown off balance with a punch, also bouncing off the rear foot creates momentum you can use to throw into your next punch.
Great video ! 💪🏽

How do you download these bro
Sir. I don’t plan on boxing anybody but I have studying these videos just to lose quarantine weight for two months. I lost all of it
Can somebody explain to me why you can’t just step to the right with your right foot and then bring your lead foot with it? Why and when would you use this instead of simply stepping to the right?
Toker T it allows you to step out of there reach while you step off to your right so you don’t run into a punch.
Knockemout jones is this only useful in a closed stance (orthodox vs orthodox)? I’m a southpaw so would this only be useful against another southpaw or would this work in an open stance (southpaw vs orthodox)
Knockemout jones thank you by the way
