I'll share my experience.. starting boxing changed my life.. i started at 156kg or 340lbs.. very obese & a smoker.. once I got into the groove of getting in shape & reclaim whatever life is left for me.. everything changed.. i started with weights already on me (built in) & no clue how to jab even.. so pretty rough starting point.. after one year I've lost about 25kgs or 50lbs.. gained a ton of confidence & started to really fall in love with it.. the training is so much fun.. & that's the ultimate goal in my opinion.. It's to enjoy the process.. now after 3 years people can barely recognise me since so much has changed physically.. im at 105kgs or 230lbs.. my speed & power is at lvl 9999 compared to where I was at when I first started.. not to mention the footwork.. & my mental strength has reached new heights i never thought I'll ever reach in this lifetime.. i cannot thank this art or any martial art enough for it's purpose in shaping mankind.. such a blessing

You asked to reply where I'm from. Athabasca Alberta Canada.
Love your Chanel. Off the top of your head is great for realistic coaching. I'm a National Level Gymnastics Coach Coach for 30 years. I've loved boxing since 1976 when I saw Rocky as a 10 year old. I lived in LA for 10 years with MMA and recently have become obsessed with boxing again.
I think the Francis Nganou vs Tyson Fury fight and pre hype with Mike Tyson's influence got me watching videos. I'm a Mike Tyson fan and I also use the Philly Shell, witch you explained very well.
Motivation is paramount as a coach.
I'm taking some Boxing certification here with Alberta Ameture Boxing Association. I have opened a movement studio in town and added space for this obsession.
I'll be watching your channel everyday catching up on your stuff. Looking forward to your 2024 season.
Realistic Tumbling Inc is my Gym name. Sports = Reality
    Peace Bro!
