I have absolute fallen in love with The Local Project. The cinematic quality and sense of tranquility to each and every video is outstanding, let alone the home! oh my gosh.
The houses they show are very tasteful and great in one word but well.. it would've been nice if they showed more of the interior and layouts than going about showing the surroundings from every angle possible
My wife and I stayed at The Headland with six friends last weekend. Absolutely stunning property. It honestly feels 50% larger inside than this video shows. High quality materials and appliances throughout. The doors are heavy, the pool is heated, the beds are cloud-like. Highly recommend for a long weekend away! 🥂
This is an absolute dream home! As soon as I saw the drone shot of the hill it sits on and the glass walls of the pool, I knew this one is something special. And that landscape is jaw-dropping! Kudos to the production and editing for this video, too.
This is located south of where my parents live. It's location is an absolutely stunning and rare part of east coast of Australia where there is still vacant land/farm land to experience the vast rolling hills enough to extend a sense of isolation right on the coast. Gerringong is a quaint coastal town not far south of Kiama or indeed central Wollongong. A perfect getaway for Sydney siders or inland dwellers seeking peace and relaxation by the sea. The house! Oh my, what thoughtfully designed and built mellow delight. I imagine in years to come, this will become (if not already) one of Australia's award winning treasures. Thank you for sharing!
I normally don't write about my opinion just watching it. However, this architectural house made me very impressed with how a human being can do such beautiful and luxurious but simple. A panoramic view of two other windows and the fireplace hanging from the ceiling. It makes me imagine as if I were living in another universe.
Stayed at both houses recently, getting goosebumps just thinking about it. You’re very right saying that it’s a memorable experience when you first come over the hill. I’ll never forget it.
Stunning home highlighted by great cinematography and editing. Whoever you had working on this video deserves as much as you can afford to pay them because it's these videos that truly make the channel.
That's why the British slaughtered the aboriginal peoples... they new that over time, the Australian lands would be very valuable beach front property where the Europe rich could come play, so they couldn't run the risk of allowing enough of the indigenous blacks to survive, like they had done with Africa. The view won't be the same with black people settling around the "white peoples civilized living" you know. I'm sure the same thing would have happened in South Africa if it weren't for the Dutch and French people who fought against the British for the souls, lives and dignity of the African tribes. It was very clever of the Brits to scrap slavery as soon as they perceived the end of the era... they genuinely believe that they were the humanitarians in the picture. This is a stunning house indeed. I wonder if the written tribute in the description extends to actionable recompense, or is it just a "thanks for the land mate" kinds thing?

Actually for those who doesn´t know like me, the house was featured in a movie called ¨The Invisible Man¨, I will watch it tonight.
One of the few videos that i watched 2 times to enjoy every second of it more & more,,,,,simply amazing simple design ,yet very elegant with harmony with the place around .Excellent. Love to you from Cairo, Egypt.
Incredible place and to be honest, I like the "shed" more than the house. It's just perfectly sized and cozy and yet modern. The house is incredible too but I found the marble in kitchen kind of clashed with the rest of the aesthetic and the interior courtyard was a great idea, but it looks a bit barren.

I love this building. I love the landscape even more. It must be strange though that everyone else lives down the village and you just stare at each other across the bay. :) I wonder if the owner ever rolls into to the village shop for a pint of milk in his Rolls Royce?
