My first house in 1988 the interest rate was 10% of course houses didn’t cost as much had a big yard it was all brick all four sides, brick fireplace originally the house cost $80,000 which was a lot in 1988 but it was when the oil market fell down and people were losing their houses all over the place and we got it for $40,000 it had been foreclosed on was in excellent shape they put all new carpet in it and we got to pick it out. It was only five years old and had been vacant two years.
Cannot recommend Legend Homes. Currently renting this house in one of their other Conroe communities. You get what you pay for- the grass isn’t actual grass (it’s 80% weeds), the drainage pools at the foundation, the HOA does not care about front yards looking awful, and the electrical boxes installed (in Q4 2022) are recalled. Would love to see the job sites of the homes under construction- the ones in our neighborhood are trashed.
I'm interested to get more information on these homes and the area around Conroe, TX. Can you send me a link for more information? I'd also be interested in discussing getting the appliances added and the blinds. Is it possible to buy down the interest rate as well in addition to coming in with a conventional loan. Didn't you have a video in magnolia texas where you talked to a guy from a construction company saying they were offering 4% interest rates? I saw it but I cant find the video in your channel now
Dark or Black or chocolate colors is not good for the house . It looks dim , especially inside the house . Light colors is better . This is my opinion or likes . Is there a house near at Catholic Church ?

That is an amazing house. Here in South Florida you can probably get an old condo with huge HOA for 200K
