Hello, great channel! I’m from Brazil and I’ll be relocate to TX next few months. Question is, we rent or buy? We have friends living in Cypress area, so it would be a great option for us. I’m glad to hear from you please!
Hello my name is Donald Dort (Don). I'm a 100% p&t disabled veteran, and I'm on SS. We currently live in the Philippines. Our home will be payed for at the end of 2026. My credit scores were 600 and 620. I'm looking for a home like the homes on this video under 300k.Can we communicate regarding these homes and will they except VA financing? Thank You, Don.
Hi Don! You can work directly with our team and they absolutely do accept VA financing. You’d be perfect for our Veteran Relocation Program. Fill this out and let’s connect: ferrisrealty.com/survey
They are about the same if you like the new, sprawling suburbs with a bunch of master-planned communities and a ton of restaurants and shops. Traffic north of I-45 and on105 is becoming ridiculous. There isn't much else, just the typical burbs. Downtown Conroe is a little quaint with a few mom-and-pop shops, a few restaurants, and a couple of microbreweries. If you are not from Houston and are considering moving here, I'll give the inner loop a look as well. I love the Heights/Washington Avenue area. I currently live in Cypress, where I grew up, but I am planning to move back inside the inner loop. I lived in EDO and West U during college, and I loved it. I am planning to do reverse commuting. If you like old, settled suburban life with more traditional neighborhoods near the big city, I would consider the Spring Branch/Memorial area. This is where my parents grew up and currently live, and I like it as well.
Sadly number 2 and 3 are just plain ugly lol. First house represents real tx house and that starter home in tx is considered PURE LUXURY here in OH. Can’t wait to go back to TX my home state 😅

I love how affordable these homes are!
I really liked the first house but that tax rate is too high.
Very nice. Thank you.

Are there any master plan communities or new construction in Houston under 3% property tax?
Woodforest and a handful of others. Usually it’s the ones that are 10+ years older. New ones usually start closer to 3.4% and come down over time
im in league city and its 2.85

Need more videos like these. Affordable homes with bedrooms around $300k. I like these videos vs the ones with Joe Joe. Too much talking
@@Ea-n7x haha thanks!
