Well, Magnolia is very good area, I live close to that places. 1. This area no crime 2. Schooling are pretty good 3. Is affordable because this area still kinda new for Houston people. 4. Downtown from here around 45 mints to 55 and airport around 45 mints.
Nice property, and it's great they're offering a home generator. Questions: What's the property tax rate? Here in Southern California new homes usually have additional taxes, they're called Mello Roos here, I believe they're called MUD taxes in the Houston area. Is there a MUD tax on this property? If so, what's the rate? How's the flooding in that area and the cost of homeowner's insurance there?
@@tarekayari9644 all new neighborhoods here have an hoa and that is a good thing, it gives you access to to these awesome amenities and keeps the neighborhood looking nice
No mention of the tax rate either. Plus new homes usually have additional taxes, they're called Mello Roos in Southern California. I believe they're called MUD taxes in the Houston area. Also: what's the cost of homeowner's insurance there?
You always mention in your videos about master plan community. Aside from having amenities inside the neighborhood Does it also mean the neighborhood is automatically gated? We are looking to move to Texas from cali and we want to be in a gated community.
@@juliaclamor22 no most of them are not gated, and honestly there isn’t a big need for them to be gated here. There are a handful of sections on a few master planned communities that have gated sections but most are not. They are very safe with low crime. There are plenty of communities that are gated if that is your top preference. When you reach out, we can provide you a list of only gated communities.

I really hate how we just accept that most single family homes almost share a wall with how close these lots are squeezed together.
Greed. Less land. Higher prices. Poorer quality 😢

Very nice houses with good price compare by California LA. Similar houses in LA they go for $800 thousand . But you didn’t mention about HOA .
