I have been using mindfulness meditation for a long time for my ADHD, in particular body scanning. It is most effective. Through some trial and error and luck I determined that body scanning was best for ADHD as it provides a point of focus that is loud enough and subtly changing enough to anchor my attention, unlike, say, focus on breath, which causes me to quickly get frustrated.
Hi Cody, your videos are very well made, informative, keep up the good work. I am doing some research on fasting, cold therapy, pemf, combining them in ways to optimize brain health.
Many of the points you address in this and other presentations are ones that I have been focusing on also. My hope is that in participating that I might be able to more fully engage in the world around me with a greater sense of happiness. I will be continuing to explore and participate down the path you are presenting.
How does "ETI brain imaging" show the connectome in such detail? This video and your other ones continue to be immensely helpful for my development of a thesis for grad school. Thank you Dr. Rall!
