I’ve binged yall recently, and hearing about her cooking… some Mrs. Lush recipes would be amazing!! I also had a very traumatic birth with my last 2 of 3. I had 3 iron infusions and even though it wasn’t a cesarean with my daughter, I was in the hospital 4 days. I relate to Mrs. Lush super hardcore. She’s amazing.

Well now I have something to listen to during my workouts. I love watching TH-cam but it’s hard to find things I can just listen to when I’m doing weights so can’t look at my phone. Also you both inspired me to join and keep up with the gym. Been going since august. Christine (I’m still not used to her name 😂) inspires me to go hard with the weights. I can relate to the blood loss after birth. With my second child, all comtractions stopped the second ge came out. We were discussing transfusion my fourth day in the hospital, but my numbers started coming up. They sent me home, and I ended up back in the ER that night, hemorrhaging. Im glad you and baby cane through it safely.
