Should Donovan McNabb Be In The HOF? FredEx Says “I Really Don’t Think So.”

“I Really Don’t Think So.”
That was the response by former Eagles wide out Freddie Mitchell, when asked whether he believed if his one-time teammate Donovan McNabb should be in the Hall of Fame.
In an interview with TMZ last month McNabb proclaimed, “Absolutely, I am a Hall of Famer. My numbers are better than Troy Aikman but he played with Hall of Famers. However, FredEx argues that McNabb is comparing himself to the wrong era.
“He didn’t play with Aikman,” Mitchell explained. “He played with Brady, he played with Brees, if you’re going to put your numbers up, you’ve got to put your numbers up against people you played with.”
Upon conclusion, Mitchell did state, “I hope it happens for him and if it does happen for him, I’ll applaud him,” before sticking a dagger in McNabb’s Hall of Fame candidacy be declaring, “At the end of the day, Hall of Fame people make their teams better, I can’t say that he necessarily made me better.”
McNabb, who was the first NFL quarterback to throw for more than 30 touchdowns and fewer than 10 interceptions in a season (2004) has been on the HOF ballot the past three season but has failed to secure the necessary votes required to get in.
A former first round pick and best known for his “4th and 26 catch” against the Green Bay Packers in a 2004 playoff game, Mitchell was on hand at the 35th Annual Ron Jaworski Celebrity Golf Challenge, which has raised over $5M dollars for the community of Philadelphia.

McNab may not be a Hall of Famer, but I’ve met both McNabb and Freddie Mitchell at training camp when I was a child and there’s no chance even for a second the McNab didn’t make Freddy better because Freddy wouldn’t have been picked up by another team

So we just gonna act like the reason Freddie Mitchell was bad was because of McNabb? Gtfoh if “FredEx” was so good then how come another team ain’t pick him up after his time in Philly was done? Because he wasn’t good. I remember he said ‘McNabb cost him $40 million’ like his play was worth that kind of bread lol.
