One of the hardest workouts yet. All done proud of myself for sticking with it.

Tough for me too, Laura. Way to persevere through it.

I waited way to late in the day for this one but I got it done!! Proud of myself for sure

Way to go, Karey! Every time you overcome an obstacle and do a workout, you are building that mental toughness muscle. 💪

Funny how the seemingly simplest of bodyweight exercises can work up a sweat and pump and burn!!! Loved it.

Bodyweight workouts can be some of the toughest ones out there. Way to stick with it, Mama!

Had trouble with my wrists in push-up position. Found if I use hand weights instead of putting my hands flat on the floor it keeps my wrists straight which helps.

That's a great solution Karen! I know that some of my clients have that same issue and we always use weights to help out.

Yeah...this one was harder than expected. The ones where I have to basically be in pushup position are killer on my tennis elbow and wrist tendonitis issues. Absolutely couldn't put full weight on my hands for the prone arm raise. Had to do on knees.

Hi Michele, I know that must be painful. Are you doing anything to relieve your writs or elbow pain? Working with a physical therapist?

I think my arms were more tired than anything by the end haha

Yes! We are working a lot of shoulder stability with these exercises, Shelby, being in that push up position quite a bit.
