    20240130 오늘 넘 스트레스 받아서 저녁을 미친듯이 폭식했는데 30분 뛰고나니깐 쫌 위로가 되네요~ 짧은거 하나 더하려구요~~ 폭식을 제발 멈춰야 하는데 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 이놈의 스트레스가 문제입니다.

    This workout was more difficult than the 60-minute one, and I'm dripping with sweat when I reached the 30 minutes. Feel so good 😊
    I'm doing your workouts for a week now. Since I started working out, I've made amazing improvement not just with my weight but also in terms of appearance. Thankyou Mizi for helping us out! 😍

    요즘방심하고 먹었더니 살이 쪘어요 더 둔해 지기 전에 운동해야겠다 맘먹고 끝까지 따라 했더니 땀이 비오듯 쏟아지네요 기분좋아요 내 등살 팔뚝이 우네요 ^^

    운동+ 식단 으로만 다이어트 시작한지 72일차.. 이제야 겨우 정체기 뚫고 서서히 빠지는 와중에 오로지 홈트인데도 불구하고 운동영상 보고 운동을 자주 하다보니 3일전에 알고리즘으로 미지님 영상을 보고 따라하기 시작했습니다. 정말 쉽고 따라하기 편합니다. 오늘은 퇴근 후
    복부운동 + 팔뚝살 운동 + 마지막으로 이 전신근력유산소 운동까지 3가지 운동을 하니까 확실히 힘은 들지만

    안녕하세요 미지님😊💖 운동 중간중간 쉬는 타임에 다음 동작을 보여주셔서 훨씬 수월한것 같아요!! 그리고 이렇게 전신 운동 시키실때 저를 숨도 못쉬게 몰아붙여서 땀을 억지로 내는게 아닌데도 땀이 뻘뻘나서 너무 신기해요.. 제가 느끼기에 강도나 속도도 버겁지 않았는데 쿨다운 할때까지 가면 온몸에서 땀이 뚝뚝 떨어져요,, 제가 얼굴만 빨개지고 땀날때가 많은데 이 운동은 완전 혈액순환되는 느낌이에요!! 그리고 빠르지 않아서 동작할때 저도 근육움직임에 더 집중하게 되서 좋아요🔥🔥 영상 올려주셔서 감사합니당☺️🫶💖

    와우~♡영상 업뎃된거보고 좋아서 소리질렀어요!
    이번 영상 배경 참 상큼하네요ㅎ
    전체 시간이랑 동작별 시간 표시도 넘 제스탈이에욥♡
    전 미지님 영상으로 일주일에 6일이상 운동하는데 필라테스보다 더더 효과있어요.
    식단관리도 하긴 하지만, 체중도 줄었고
    무엇보다 집에서 바로 운동할 수 있는게 큰 장점같아요!
    워너비 미지님 몸매보고 더 열심히 해야겠어요!

    3/1부터 아침 공복유산소 중. 10분만에 운동복 상의 벗어던진거 처음. 동작이 어려운 편도 아닌데 마무리 스트레칭때 땀 철철...왜...왜죠?

    바닥 터치하고 허리를 다 안펴서 그럴까요?ㅡ.ㅡ

      바닥 터치하시고 완전히 일어나주셔야하는 동작이에요!
      만약 그동작이 힘드시다면 내려갈때 바닥말고 무릎높이까지만 내려갔다가 일어나는 동작으로 해주세요!! ❣️
