It's wonderful that TT makes videos like this. So supportive and helpful for our organizational growth.
One word of advice -- the AI voice makes it much harder to listen to. Please use a real human... at least until AI improves.

Batch copy / paste tasks from Excel! Cool, didn't know that before! It works the other way, too

Some of this doesn't even work. A "project" here is a task with subtasks. An "Action" folder was made and then the AI narrator said to "throw those tasks into the relevant list", from your project. You can't drag subtasks out of a task, and even if you could, why would you want to have a task in another list outside of the "project" where there is now no context? In the "getting a drivers license" project, if you go to the "iPad", list you now have drivers license tasks with no context relating to the project. That makes no sense to me.

Agreed their example doesn't make much practical sense for most people that want to see what they've done and whats left and keep things organized.... I guess they're taking a 'once it's done it's done' mentality. I think most people don't need to simplify the actions to that extent.. And if you did want Action context, using tags might be a better approach than moving it between Lists/Folders.

Hmmm...AI doesn't use spel check on the important things! "Projcets is misspelled @ :32 while they are talking about projects! Yes, also way to fast. for instruction.

this was cool, it was also a lot thrown out at once.
there are just not a lot of these types of videos coming from you guys and not enough on TH-cam either, just mostly low-level creators.
it seems like its way more for Todoist.
TickTick is better which is why I use it but I do wish there were a lot more consistent videos in different ways to use TickTick as well as more about the different features ticktick has.
    😇

Yeah this is too fast and doesn’t explain at all why things are being moved around or why these sub folders are being created.

Knocked it out the park with the voiceover. The AI is almost perfect. Spooky!
Script was also AI,, right? With the slider for hipster / millennial vernacular set to MAX!
Content visuals & actual tips thankfully very useful & a good reminder of the extensive capabilities of TickTick.

Yeah 😂 could tell it was AI. But it's so good nowadays like it's at that that sweet spot where it's good to know but it's good enough.

Yeah, but spelling projects "Projcets" is a major fail ! Especially in the first seconds of a video !

A specific point on the diary, which is showing a manual process...
Would love to see a video on how TickTick can track & audit task performance automatically based on the dates & tasks completed etc.

Hey there! To quickly insert today's task completion status, we could perhaps utilize the 'summary' feature.

Wouldn’t it be nice if #ticktick would simply add a thumbnail when adding a link instead of just having a long list of hyperlinks that half the time you don’t know what it is. For the love of god just add a simple thumbnail when pasting any link like Evernote or Bear. Having to upload a picture manually is horrific.

...that title is a bit clickbaity, I mean this is not a REAL person, and their 'use case' is utterly vanilla.
And the samples are very light on detail (unlike a real system).

Appreciate you sharing your thoughts!🙏 Just to clarify, we used a demo account to demonstrate the system in a video, which is why there may be some details missing.😭

Good tips, but the AI voice and all the bro/hipster speak was kind of annoying. Also why no spaces in the list names? HaveingEverythingTogether makes it hard to read.

The fact that you had to use a bad AI generated voice instead of just asking one of your employees to read from a script does not exactly fill me with confidence...

TickTick is awesome. It is really helping me and the developers are responsive to their users. That said the development team are not native English speakers and rather than be judged they are using this voice. Maybe we could start an AI proofing service for these types of companies?

I know it's "only" $36/yr, but it seems like you could have afforded a human to do this video. 😏🤣
