Good and short. I do miss popup headlights on new gen Miata, even though they are heavy. The yellow aftermarket ones on the white ND shown in video is cool enough to make me forget about them. Oh, and if you are over 6 foot tall, might need seat lowering brackets. But I would rather have these minor annoyances than reliability/expensive issues of other sports cars.
There is a lengthy history of success for the Mazda MX-5 Miata in motorsports, including SCCA racing. In reality, because to its balanced handling, quick chassis, and reasonably affordable purchase and maintenance, the Miata is one of the most well-liked alternatives for both amateur and professional racers. So, while opinions on the Miata's appearance and driving abilities may differ, its demonstrated success in motorsports attests to its legitimacy as a sports car.

I don regret buying a Miata. I traded in my dodge charger for a Miata RF and I'm definitely having more fun
Miata is NOT a sports car. It isn’t cool. It isn’t even fun. It works only in countries with tiny roads, such as Japan.
