Which is more beneficial, to practice at beginning or end? I usually teach it in the beginning as I have trained with Sivananda style. Thank you Ani
Thank you for practicing with us. In the Sivananda system we practice it and tach it in the beginning only. Only for some special classes we change the sequence. Both have their own benefits.
There any many benefits of every posture. In camel, you’re arching backwards, releasing the tension from the shoulders and reversing the stooping sitting posture of the whole day in front of devices. It is also opening the heart and lungs, which improves the breathing. As you move the hips forward, you’re exercising and strengthening the thighs.
