Hi Ma'am, I am joining a client company as they have provided me offer letter...here is thing I have non compete clause in my offer letter of old company...but right now from 3-4 months my client company has broken a contract with my old employer!! Now can I join the client company? Do I face any issue because I havent revealed anything to them?? As there is no relationship with my client company and employer from 3-4 months? Kindly suggest me as I have accepted the offer of client company.
Hello Naziya, i would like to ask one question please if it is possible than reply me as soon as possible, i got offer from accenture but i worried about my previous company, this was small scale company, not provided form16 as well as giving cash salary, so is there any chance to reject from Accenture bcz I don't have form16 and bank statements.
You should have something like pf statement or written letter from your company anything likewise...reach out to me in instagram for further discussion
Hello ma'am , Can you please tell me if Accenture also has this term & condition in offer letter that we can't join client? Coz I work there and many of folks have switched to client, last month itself many did this.
Mam one question. How would I get to know who is my current company's client? Chances might be there my current company has so many client which I'm not aware of but unknowingly got offer letter from the client itself?
Hi Naziya & othars, I have also been contacted by my client to join their company, but as per their policy I need to provide NOC from my current company and my current company is denying to provide NOC because of the agreement. Please suggest on what to do.
Hello madam I have a query related to this video. I am working in MNC in India through a vendor or 3rd party. From that MNC company I am working for a client( XYZ) Now I have an offer from a client(XYZ). Can I join that client company. There is no condition from the vendor or 3rd party.
Hello ma'am what if I have not signed on company joining terms and conditions letter and, not signed on non compate agreement and, not signed on contract of project, and also not signed after regisn from the company, is still there any issue to join client company after resignation from the previous company on good terms
To all the people reading this there no solicit and competent rule applicable in India ,so if you signed the offer letter also no issues just go ahead and join .and dont share any offer letters details with company and they cant stop you from leaving the company
People are facing issues after joining client company if they signed any bond but not all and yeah what ever posted it's after detail analysis and experience only
Hello Mam. I don't see they have mentioned client word in my any document.. but I can see I should not join in competitor company at least 6 months after the termination... So Its not problematic to join my client company right?

Mam one feedback I want to give you. most of the time you repeatedly the same thing again and again... read carefully and you can't join. What I or others would also like to know is what standing it will in the court of law if the current/x employer decides to sue you. Whether these type of cases were booked before and their judgments. Most of us are simple IT professionals and they just want to know how complicated it would be or its legality if the current company tries to bully you.
This is not good by the employer. How the employer can force an employee to provide the offer letter so that they can provide relieving letter. Because employee might think of doing business then in that situation its not positive na. Employer has no right to force to provide any New employer offer letter unless it is used for Salary Counter Offer.
Hi madam iam done with my interview in Accenture today... I got a mail stating that we are evaluating ur profile for another job... what does that it mean
Absolutely misleading video. Don't fall for this. Likely this video here is to spread fear about Indian employer contracts. Absolutely a propaganda video. There could be so many different scenarios. It also depends on client/service provider contract. Many clients after a time usually hire critical resources as full time employee. Negotiation is always on the table.
Yes, even though that was not her intention. I must say, this video is partially misleading. She should have covered the "transfer resource" process followed by the client company.
My present employer is also doing the same. What are my options. They made me sign that I can't work till 3 years in client company or any other vendor serving the client company.
Hello Sir. I don't see they have mentioned client word in my any document.. but I can see I should not join in competitor company at least 6 months after the termination... So Its not problematic to join my client company right?
Hi ma'am, i have already asked you a suggestion that I'm joining Schneider Electric as an Automation Engineer and my payroll is Quest global company. But i have to work at Schneider. How it will be.. what will be ur suggestion and what problems i have to face in future or anything you want to suggest. Please make an video

I want to switch to testing project how Can i ask my manager because i joined developer thts y i am thinking about this please help me on this. PS. I am having 2 years experience
But, I can't believe how you missed this fact, In any cases, client company asks current employer for transfer of critical resources for which both current employer and employee should agree. Current employer gets commission from client company for this and smoothly transfer the resource to client company. Now that resource becomes full-time employees of client company. This is the process. I don't know which fool dares to directly join the client company if there is such a policy in current employer company.
sometimes vendor dont agree for the conversion of the employee with the client company, especially in the cases where they know that employee have great skills and can get more money from other clients in case this client wants to end the contract. a skilled employee is like a hen with golden egg :) , so ofcourse you dont want to sell this hen in exchange of some money.
Hey, this should be on the offer letter or the appointment letter, right? Or are these contract documents kept only with the company? Did he have a copy of it since the beginning with him as well or it was some contract, the copy of which, was never provided to him so that he can read them at any time before making such choices?
People are facing issues after joining client company if they signed any bond but not all and yeah what ever posted it's after detail analysis and experience only

Ma’am you first of all, do not know how law works in india… Even though i sign 10,000 contracts with the current company ones released by serving 30/60 or 90 days of notice period the current company cannot impose any contract on the ex employee WHAT SO EVER… also, company can impose the policies as well as contract until and unless employee put the resignation and gets separated from the company after that all contracts & policies gets invalid… in any terms if company creates a situation where employee gets forced or influenced indirectly to work under same company then such employement comes under slavery act as per indian govt.
