    Nice video!
    As someone who is super active at night, but sedentary during the day, I noticed I would hit a huge wall of fatigue around noon after lunch.
    Like your fourth point, doing something lightly active every hour or so like a mobility routine, bodyweight exercise, or stretch, really helped keep my energy consistent during the day.
