There's a book called Hidden Time Wealth, and it talks about how using some secret techniques, you can overcome procrastination and accomplish anything in life. It's not just a bunch of empty promises; it's the real deal.
Just a little info that if you had slept for 6-7 hrs or there's a gap of at least 8 hrs between your yesterday's last meal and the first meal of today, then you shouldn't eat sugary or processed food for breakfast. Cause if it's been like 8+ hrs from your last meal then it means your blood sugar level are well balanced in the morning. So a protein rich breakfast is best cause it will not spike or crash your blood sugar. And you'll automatically feel "not tired". Eating sugars as first thing in the morning raises insulin spike and body has to concentrate to bring down that spike and hence we feel tired lol

I’ve never had breakfast in my life because I’m a chronically bad sleeper. I was always late for school my whole life and no one cared to wake me up or make me some food in the morning. However, I was still always a straight A student. I’m not saying that it is good to live the same lifestyle as me, I would still highly advice you to get enough sleep and eat healthy, but taking these aspects as an excuse for bad performances at school, is just wrong. If you want good grades, do your fecking best to pay attention in class. Try to really learn and understand the things that are teached. Do your homework instantly when you get home from school and if you REALLY want straight A‘s, go ahead and prepare yourself for your next class by asking your teacher at the end of every class, what the subject in the next class will be. Then prepare yourself for it before you have that class the next time. Try to learn as fast as possible for exams, don’t let time pass because „you still have enough time“. Okay I'll try this edit: here's how it went: 1) I woke up late and didn't drink the water 2) I was too lazy to make a good breakfast, besides, Reese's Puffs are good 3) I couldn't really get sunlight because the bus's windows are super tinted 4) I procrastinated my work and was too lazy to exercise 5) I did start going to bed at the same time every day but that time was 2 am 6) My phone usage is already pretty low.... but we don't talk about my laptop usage...
let's look at the pros, your sleep time is constant. now maybe try and push it to 1am. also try utilizing your evening (like 15min) to prep something to eat for the morni ng like boiled eggs or pack a banana or peanut butter and bread (combine them on the way to school). also before you go to bed put a bottle of water on your nightstand. close the laptop by midnight and maybe read or something. try maybe 5min of exercise a day. 💁♀️
I'm so glad my family always had this way of traditionally sitting and eating a good breakfast together. We don't do that anymore as all of us are adults and live separate lives, but I have this habit of making and eating a proper breakfast in peace. It firstly amused me a little when I learned students don't feel motivated enough to get breakfast. (You'll have time for breakfast even if you're on your toes, I've eaten while running to exams. It's all about priorities.)
Thank you, I needed this so much. I get around 4 hours of sleep 😅 and I’m doing worst and worst in school because I’m sleeping less and less. I didn’t know how to fix it.
What's sad is that I wake up when the sun isn't up and then go home when the sun has already set. I barely get enough time for sunlight and whenever I do rest it makes me feel more exhausted
Sunlight is literally so important! In the morning OR after school, during break at work. Getting sunlight daily improves mental health as well as boosts energy.

Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
easier said than done, nonetheless a good template to try to follow bit by bit. Hardest part about working and going to college is finding that balance
The only pros of working in the evenings is that you can have days like this where you can just chill go to the gym at like 10am and basically do everything on this list
Your advices are helpful, thank you for spreading them. However, they may not be an excuse for bad grades. I know a lot of people including myself whose lifestyle is not the healthiest but I'm still doing well at school. To do well at school, this is useful : - Pay attention to every class, especially the hard ones (like math) - Write down the information and details your teachers says that aren't written in the lesson (sometimes you're missing important things) - Ask questions (even the dumbest ones) - Try writing the important informations based on the lessons the teachers gave you using abbreviations to memorize easier. Also mind maps help a lot! - Read lesson multiple times and watch explanation videos - Review your last exams to know which chapter you didnt understand and work on it. I hope this helps!
Additional advice (that's hopefully a bit more doable): -Check if your diet includes enough iron and vitamin D. If not, change your diet up a little and get more sunlight. Alternatively, supplements are your best friends. - Switch out sugary drinks for water to avoid sugar crashes. If you can't stand water, try to add some fruits or maybe try if you like sparkling water. - At least 2 litres of water a day. Not soda. Not coffee. W a t e r. - Limit your coffee intake. You'll feel like shit at first, but the less you rely on coffee, the less shitty you feel in the long run. - Eat at least 3 veggies and 2 types of fruit a day. If possible, more. - If exercising seems impossible due to time or health issues, try to walk at least 6000 steps a day. 10000 is recommended, but in the end, every step counts. Additionally, moving 250 steps an hour, even if it's in place or around your bedroom, gets your blood pumping a little and will wake you up if you sit down a lot. - Sleep in 90 minute phases. Don't disrupt your REM sleep. You need 3 REM phases minimum -> at least 4.5 hours of sleep, go up in 90 minutes steps (6, 7.5, 9 hours). Don't sleep more than 9 hours, it'll actually make you more tired - UNLESS you really need to catch up on sleep. If you haven't slept enough for more than a few days and your body is telling you it's getting to little sleep: one 12 hour night of sleep will let your body catch up on all of that. Don't rely on this, though. This is always short-term. - If you can, talk to a doctor. If you feel like you don't have much energy or like you're always tired, get your blood and your thyroid checked!! Also, lack of energy and feeling tired can be signs of mental health issues, such as depression. Take care, everyone.

boil like 10 eggs and eat two a day for the weekdays. they can be kept in the fridge for like a wk. also something like toast with peanut butter and a banana. you'll get all your macros (protein, fat, carbs) and electrolytes (potassium, phosphorus, and maybe sodium). 💁♀️

Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
If I eat an egg followed up by a banana in the morning, I'm more tired than before.

To do well at school, this is useful :
- Pay attention to every class, especially the hard ones (like math)
- Write down the information and details your teachers says that aren't written in the lesson (sometimes you're missing important things)
- Ask questions (even the dumbest ones)
- Try writing the important informations based on the lessons the teachers gave you using abbreviations to memorize easier. Also mind maps help a lot!
- Read lesson multiple times and watch explanation videos
- Review your last exams to know which chapter you didnt understand and work on it.
I hope this helps!
Stress is what causes the exhaustion

Me to the sun: WHERE ARE YOU.?
"When you come home from school you work for a little bit"

Recommendation to get more sun, eat outside it’ll help

“Swap out your old sugary cereals”
But the happy Toucan
30 mins is insane but respectable
Additional advice (that's hopefully a bit more doable):
-Check if your diet includes enough iron and vitamin D.
Your handwriting is so neat wow😮😮😮

You don’t go to bed at the same time. You wake up at the same time. Eventually you will feel the need to settle your bedtime.
