    I stopped exercising with you following a family illness and then bereavement and I was too consumed with what was going on in my life. I came to your channel this morning for the first time for ages to find you had posted this set of exercises that are perfect for me. I did my first 15 minutes this morning and intend to continue daily. Thank you Tina. You are an absolute God send. ❤

    While doing seated warrior how do you a-line
    Yourself if you can only get your leg out to the side?

      Hi Yvonne! Great question-if you can only move your leg out to the side a little, try this:
      Keep your hips and chest facing forward.
      Adjust the leg that’s staying bent (your front leg) so your knee is directly above your ankle.
      Let the extended leg go as far to the side as feels comfortable, even if it’s not fully out. You can gently point your toes outward for stability.
      Focus on lengthening your spine and lifting through your chest to maintain alignment.
      It’s all about finding what works for your body-every little bit counts! 😊Let me know how it goes! ❤️🙏
