    Ok everyone says that Giorno should have shown up in the end of part 6 but we all know every problem in part 6 would be solved if Polnareff turtle was brought with Jotaro.

    This is why I love part 6. It's got many philosophical concepts you can delve into, and videos like these make the patterns Araki intended throughout the parts even clearer. Great work!

    Very nice Analysis! I hope you can read the manga for part 7 (because its gonna be YEARS before we get an anime adaptation for it, i am sure) and make an analysis on it because its one of the most high rated mangas in japan, and IMO Araki's magnum opus

    This is the best analytical JoJo video on TH-cam. To get the one thing I really liked about it was the use of the english dub. I'm glad there are people who like it.
    Now, onto my comment, gushing over this:
    I love how you incorporated actual Christian teachings into the analysis of Pucci and gave the perfect explanation to why gravity was such a central point in this story. But the best part of this? You made sense of why Vento Aureo and Stone Ocean were written the way they were. I normally dislike duologies due to a feeling of incompleteness, but your analysis helped me understand and appreciate these stories as a thematic duology, separate in character and location, but strung together by the gravity of fate.

    Part 6 was overall lame. Every jojo did something fantastic except jolyne. Josuke instant revived someone and giorno had requiem. Jonathan took down a powerful vampire and jotaro has time stop. Jolyne did nothing memorable.

    • @lchap0506
      @lchap0506 ปีที่แล้ว +21

      You say all this as if Jolyne didn’t
      1) figure out and adapt to stands late in her life on the fly, while fully incarcerated no less, as opposed to the other Jojo’s who either had help to understand stands or grew up with it
      2) handcuff herself to the main villain
      3) purposely set herself on fire for, like, half an episode to *avoid* a stand attack
      4) figure out the möbius strip counter against C-moon on the fly, etc.
      Also to respond to that other comment you made, Josuke needed Jotaro and co’s help to defeat Kira and Giorno needed Bucciarati and co’s help to get Requiem, so don’t pretend like this is a “Jolyne-only” thing.

    • @jimmyhaven885
      @jimmyhaven885 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Lchap0 literally every jojo figures out their opponent so how is this special for jolyne? Josuke also had no mentor and knew how to use crazy diamond. Yes jotaro helped, what's your point? How is pointing out something jolyne needed help with make her spectacular?
      None of those things you mentioned are spectacular, josuke literally revived someone in an instant after they were blown to pieces.
      Respond to what? You want me to respond to a comment that pretends it's a spectacular feat when it isn't? You realize I'm talking about awesome moments so how is mentioning a fight where she was about to die one of those moments? Can you even read?

    Just watched the video good stuff!
    I got more of part 5 and 6 connection that i had in mind:
    -Part 5 introduced the theme of resolve, being that people are ready for what is about to come.
    Sleeping slaves concluded that the characters of part 5 despite knowing the hardness and grief that is about to happen(predestined) they still move.
    Part 6 continued the "resolve theme" on puccis Idea of Heaven which was based on "resolution". And i think this was a kind of cool connection since both giorno and pucci are related to dio in a way, and they strive off the idea of resolve or resolution.
    Except puccis idea of resolution was too extreme, and far more selfish.
    -Sleeping slaves arc also introduced us explicitly that it is impossible to escape fate, they are all slaves to fate. In part 6 this was further exemplified. I think it wasnt in the anime, but in the manga it was explained more that "Although it is said that humans can shape their own destiny, perhaps that reshaping of destiny is already predestined" i.imgur.com/bgYIxP9.png
