- Hello guys, it's been roughly a month since my last upload, I wanted to make it sooner but I just couldn't find the right settings. This video is very quick and straight to the point, I hope it helps and makes you're experience with Need For Speed Heat and the Logitech G29 better. I truly feel like these settings work best with the game, if you have some suggestions feel free to leave them in the comments below. @@IBRAYOGamesTZ Hi, how are you. I am not really familiar with Logitech Ghub, since I play on console. I am not too great with PC related concepts. But what seems to be the problem with The Logitech wheel and Ghub.
I hope someone replies because this video is very old but, when I set my wheel rotation to even the highest it Doesn’t even rotate 180°
It rotates a little less than 180 on both sides and before starting the game it rotates way more
Hi, that is an excellent question. When the wheel starts up it rotates 900°. What I suggest is
1. Head to the in-game settings
2. Move over to the "Controls" section
3. Move down to "Wheel Maximum Rotation"
4. Adjust the degrees of rotation to your liking. Personally I have it set to 320°, you can definitely increase it all the way up to 900°

@@Lurky35 Really? That should not be the case. I remember that the wheel would rotate differently, depending on what the degrees are set to. My recommendations are ensure that the game is fully updated. In addition, test out your wheel with other games to see where the problem is. @iliyantodorov9086 Hi, that is an excellent question. I apologize for not replying earlier, I just saw you're comment. Here are the steps:
1. Go to the in-game settings
2. Move over to the "Driving" Tab
3. Scroll down to the "Gearbox Type" section
4. Switch the gearbox from "Automatic" to "Manual"

Hello, hmmm that is strange. When signing onto the game, does your wheel work. What I mean is, are you able to access the game, and drive using the Logitech G29?

In order to see the wheel settings in the game, your racing wheel must be signed into the game.

What setting makes wheel center
Hi, that is an excellent question. The Logitech G29 is a force feedback racing wheel, it has a motor. This motor helps make certain adjustments while driving, as well as centering the wheel. You can adjust the force feedback strength in NFS Heat as shown at 1:50. I hope this helps, and I hope that I answered your question. @@Denzelldude Hello that is a good question. Unfortunately, I am not exactly sure, but what I recommend is,
1. Enter the settings
2. Go to the controls section
3. Upon going to the controls, scroll down to the "Wheel Force Feedback" option
4. Lower the Wheel Force Feedback

My wheel does not return back to center after a turn. The spring centering isn’t working any fixes would appreciate thanks
@@Anees-tc2wv Hi, that is an excellent question. That's quite strange, but what I recommend is trying to increase the Wheel Force Feedback to 45% or higher. To do that you have to go to the in-game settings, then move over to the "Controls" tab, after that scroll down to the "Wheel Force Feedback" tab. I hope this helps. @@Anees-tc2wv No problem. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I myself don't really remember if the wheel auto centered in NFS Heat with the Logitech G29 (Similar issue in The Crew 2). It has been some time since I used the Logitech G29 with NFS Heat, but I do remember the force feedback being aggressive when having it set to a high percentage (Helped in centering the wheel).

Hi, that is very unfortunate. I can confidently say that NFS Heat is compatible with the PlayStation, Xbox, along with the PC. My suggestions are, ensure that the game is fully updated, otherwise the racing wheel will not be recognized. In addition, when reaching the "Press X To Continue" section of the loading screen make sure you use the racing wheel for that and not a controller. @@avipulatov (I play on PC) NFS Heat doesn't recognize G29. Instead of showing me the steering wheel settings, it only shows me the controller settings. In every other game the steering wheel works perfectly. I also have the Logitech G Hub but nothing happens in NFS. Thank you for taking the time and helping me.
@@ZugGecko-bz6mh Unfortunately I don't have a PC, and I'm not very knowledgeable about The Logitech G29 with the PC. What I recommend is searching on Reddit forums, I know that several people had issues with NFS Heat on PC with Logitech G29. Sorry for not having a more concrete solution.
My G29 is not working.. I can speed up and that but i cant turn the wheel. It is always on the same place(i can move it but the game thinks i didnt touch it)
Hi, that is very unfortunate. From what I understood, you can log into the game just fine, you are able to use the accelerator and break/reverse, but when turning the wheel the game does not register it. Truly, I'm not sure what is causing for such as issue, but I do have some recommendation's for you, just follow these steps:
1. Go to settings
2. Then head to "Controls"
3. Change the "Maximum Wheel Rotation", I have it set to 320 degrees
4. Go down to the "Wheel Deadzone" tab, and make sure you're deadzone is set at zero
5. Lastly, go to the "Wheel Force Feedback" tab, and make sure it is not too high, I have it set at 45.
Also I have a question for you. Does Need For Speed Heat require an update for you, if yes, then update the game. This has happened to many people, their game wasn't updated, and the game would not recognize the racing wheel. To continue, another thing I would like for you to do is test the racing wheel on a different game. As a result, we will be able to determine if there is a problem with the racing wheel or the game.

Do you know how to turn off the car with the sterring wheel?
Hello that is an excellent question. I hopped onto the game right now with the racing wheel, and I couldn't find anything that would turn of the car in NFS Heat with the racing wheel. I know that you can use the controller to turn off the engine. On PlayStation you have to press L1 and Square [Simultaneously (At the same time)], and for Xbox you need to press LB and X [Simultaneously (At the same time)]. Luckily, you can use the Logitech G29 and standard controller at the same time, meaning you can just use the controller to turn off the car's engine, and use the racing wheel. I have nfs on my phone how much is it on pc?
Good question, personally I got NFS Heat for $3.99 for PS4 (Sale) a few months ago. I know that Need For Speed Unbound is around $40 on sale right now for PC, but regarding Need For Speed Heat I am not sure. If it's on sale then it probably is between $4-10, if it is not then probably $50.

Hello. Just to make sure I understood you can't get the Logitech G29 to work with NFS Heat on PS4?
I believe that I may know how to solve the issue.
Solution One:
Ensure that the racing wheel is set to PS4 and not PS3
Solution Two:
If your game needs an update, then wait for the update to finish before trying to access it with the racing wheel. This had happened to someone, and the reason it didn't work for them is that they had to let the game update.
Solution Three:
1. Upon accessing the game, make sure you enter it first with the racing wheel, and not the standard PS4 controller.
2. After that you will reach a section which states "Press x To Continue", press x by using The Logitech G29.
3. Next you may or may not get a section that states "Please Reset Your Password", press x by using the standard controller (If it doesn't ask you for this, then ignore this step)
4. Lastly, you are going to get to the menu that will ask whether you would want to play online or solo. Select the option you want, but by only using the racing wheel.
5. If you also want to use the controller, then you can turn it on and sign into the game.

@@mikeloonen4368 Does Need For Speed Heat need an update for you? I am asking this because a few weeks ago someone had the exact issue as you, the wheel worked for others games, but not for NFS heat. That person needed to update their game, and then The Logitech wheel worked with the game.

Hi that is an excellent question. Yes you can use a gear shifter.

@@user-hu3cd1hi2q I don't own a shifter, but to my knowledge just make sure the shifter is plugged into the racing wheel. In addition, go to the in-game settings and switch the gearbox to manual. I believe that should make the gearbox work.

@@avipulatov the wheel works, and I can accelerate with the box button on the wheel, but not the pedals.
@@SanaaTEK Hmm, that is interesting that you are able to accelerate with the square button. Are you on console or pc? I am asking that since it's not possible to accelerate with square (I could be wrong, but I am certain that square would not make the car accelerate).

@@avipulatov I'm sorry, I was mistaken, it is the L2 button on the wheel rather. L2 accelerates, and R2 reverses it.

Hello, that is an excellent question. To use the Logitech G29 with Need For Speed Heat, plug the racing wheel into the console, and access NFS Heat with it. After that, once the game loads up, press either online or single player (Select the mode you want to play). After all that, you will load into the game, and the wheel should work. Also, I recommend to connect the controller too, so you can use both the racing wheel and controller at the same time. To do that,
1. Turn on the controller
2. Sign in/login into the same account
3. Press on NFS Heat

@@avipulatov hey what’s up man I’m having trouble, I have everything hooked up correctly however the NFS heat setting don’t even show up all it says for the game is “vibration” which is on but that’s the only setting I get. This same applies with all my games :( the g29 works and will move the ps menu around but won’t actually connect to game
@@mrosiris619 Hey, that's an excellent question. When connecting NFS Heat With The Logitech G29, ensure that you first sign into the game with the racing wheel before the controller. Also when selecting Play Solo, Online, etc, use the racing wheel. For me, if I sign into NFS Heat with the standard PS4 controller and than with the Logitech G29, the racing wheel would not work for me in game. does it work with a manual transmission
Hello that is an excellent question. If you are referring to using the paddle shifters on the Logitech G29, then yes manual transmission would work on NFS Heat. As for using a gear shifter, I don't know since I do not own one, but I believe that it should, once changing to the manual option in the settings. In order to switch to manual transmission:
1. Go to the settings
2. Move over to the driving settings
3. Go down to the (Gearbox Type) settings, and switch to the manual setting

3. Slide down to "Gearbox Type"
