Please check the description. Thank you!
I find "dried vegetables" (pre mixed together in a spice jar but not powdered) in the spice aisle of my grocery store. Hope this is helpful!
Is this gluten free?
Hi @sylviahook5071, Well, the majority of the ingredients used in this recipe are single-element ground spices and herbs such as ground ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley etc., that derive from plants. Hence, most of them are typically gluten-free. But, some pre-made additions like chicken bullion powder, dried vegetables and shitake mushroom powder could contain gluten-related elements. So, you might want to make sure if those ingredients are gluten-free or not when purchasing, before including them to your ramen seasoning blend. Hope we made it clear. :)
what can we use instead of chicken bullion powder for vegitarians?
