    Hi anna i m 35 years generally I am doing walking from my age 17 years maintained my weight from 72 kg to 52 till my age 23
    In my wedding life blessed with 2 boys ( C-SECTION) but went to 75kgs
    Still I m trying to reduce my weight but due to thyroid went to 82 kgs
