After watching the video, I seem to still be confused as a particular woman is interested in me or not. We work at a utilities company. I work in IT on the 2nd floor and she works in customer service on the first floor. The woman who I think has a crush on me but all the things mentioned in the video she does not do. However, every time we see each other, she smiles widely. I have caught her looking at me several times now. And, every morning, she waves at me through the customer service window just smiling! About every day, she comes up to an area where a printer is, and she looks at me and smiles. She calls me by a cute name. She says "Hi Mr. Glen", we smile at each other. Co worker is a flirt, got my personal number hung out and she doesn’t mind rumors we’re a thing. When I asked her if she has feelings she says she does but not worth risking friendship. That is tricky! One thing you can do is find her on social media. You don't have to add her if you don't want to but at least check to see if her relationship status is stated. You can also look for pictures with another man.

Sorry but dating a coworker is never a good idea. Most relationships don't work out so you have a very good chance of turning a good working relationship into having to work with someone who hates you. Even if the relationship does work out that can bring a whole host of other issues. It's just not worth it so just don't. My best advice is keep your personal life and your work separate. This will ensure you are happy in both.
I keep reading this but I so hard disagree. It depends on your mindset ofcourse. To me ending up with the right woman is much more important than a career. I can just go work somewhere else easily. If 2 colleagues have very strong feelings for eachother they should explore that further. Also you simply meet a lot of people through work, and you are often 'forced' to get to know them. You might not have this opportunity with other people. So, you get to know eachother first, through working together. And after that figure out you like eachother and fit well together.
@@timm8998 But here's the thing... A good career will help you get a good woman. Men should concentrate on improving themselves in all aspects of their lives and career is a huge part of that. When men focus inward women notice and will chase you. At that point all you got to do is pick and choose. Working with a mate gets in the way of that and should be avoided. It just makes things overly complicated for very little gain and possibly huge losses. Your career should always come first.

Co worker is a flirt, got my personal number hung out and she doesn’t mind rumors we’re a thing. When I asked her if she has feelings she says she does but not worth risking friendship. Mostly one sided and she has 10 guys she can reach out to. It seems when it’s convenient for her she reaches out but always has a back up. A woman that I am attracted to at work on one occasion came into my personal space zone and responded to a comment I had made. I listened to what she had to say. When she was finished , she paused and must have realized that she came into my personal space. It felt kinda weird. I wasn't expecting this of her. Our faces were about 12 inches apart. Our eyes were on each others eyes. I almost thought that something else may happen. Nothing else did. She appologized for being so bold and coming so close to me. I wonder sometimes why she did that? Could she have been testing me to see what my reaction would be?

Here’s something that I’m wondering about. Is it possible for a female coworker to like me but at the same time doesn’t go all the way with the hints that she likes me because she is already in a relationship with someone else? This one woman is constantly showing about 50 % of the signs, but I know she is in a relationship with someone else. She owes it to the man she is with to break it off before pursuing a new relationship. Coach Mel.... I work in a very fast pace atmosphere. A beautiful younger woman works across the way and has a different breakroom. I've talked to her several times, but I really can't tell if she's being nice or she may be interested. I'm not big on giving my personal information out, especially at work. A guy that works with her said that her previous boyfriend was older but not as old as I am. However I'm constantly told that look 10yrs younger than I actually am. It's ironic how when I'm at work, I just get on with what I'm doing and don't think much about the female colleagues. I'm polite and easygoing, but otherwise just knuckle down. But the women are very flirty and chatty. I don't ask for the........ attention if that's the correct word.
On Sunday at church where we're meant to be sociable and looking for a wife......I can't get boo out of the women there. They're often reserved and stuffy with no personality, and are evasive.
I just wish it worked the other way.
I also find most women who flirt are either too old for me, or too young.

That is tricky! One thing you can do is find her on social media. You don't have to add her if you don't want to but at least check to see if her relationship status is stated. You can also look for pictures with another man.

Sorry but dating a coworker is never a good idea. Most relationships don't work out so you have a very good chance of turning a good working relationship into having to work with someone who hates you. Even if the relationship does work out that can bring a whole host of other issues. It's just not worth it so just don't. My best advice is keep your personal life and your work separate. This will ensure you are happy in both.

I keep reading this but I so hard disagree. It depends on your mindset ofcourse. To me ending up with the right woman is much more important than a career. I can just go work somewhere else easily. If 2 colleagues have very strong feelings for eachother they should explore that further. Also you simply meet a lot of people through work, and you are often 'forced' to get to know them. You might not have this opportunity with other people. So, you get to know eachother first, through working together. And after that figure out you like eachother and fit well together.

When men focus inward women notice and will chase you. At that point all you got to do is pick and choose. Working with a mate gets in the way of that and should be avoided. It just makes things overly complicated for very little gain and possibly huge losses. Your career should always come first.

Don't feel dumb! It's actually really hard to tell until someone teaches you. Most people aren't taught these things. If you think there might be a chance she's still interested you could always consider asking her out.
