i could be that bearing but id check the support bushings on your rear drive shaft they are known to wear and let the drive shaft flop around@@stevebambach
So I have a question about my 2010 mkt. so whenever I’m driving the car and it’s always the first drive of the day whenever my car reaches 60 to 70 mph the passenger side will almost jerk underneath the car almost where your feet lay. Any idea what that could be? Also when it’s cold it does it more and the check engine light will flash off and on very fast for about 10 seconds. But once the car is heated up and driving for a bit it doesn’t jerk at all. Any ideas or tips as what it could be? Sorry for the long comment
@@ElectronicMechanic50 I hope your still active i replaced mine and now i cant go over 20 without it shaking but i can go in reverse at any speed and it will be fine would that be the axle nut not tight enough
@Johnny Wells never had that happen I'd just check over everything again and make sure it's all aligned and tight make sure you have the wheel on good to
Mine make the exact noise they could find it they fix both bearings and know the axles but my car broke down know they say is the transmission I’m worried I live in Nebraska and there no one want to fix it
But that wasn’t they fix that charge a lot in 3 weeks later broke down and it the transmission they knew that they just didn’t tell me so my car it’s just there broke Sox
I have a 2010 MKS 3.5. I can’t find the support bearing anywhere, even ford. I changed the axle, but I still have vibration.
I suspect it’s the support bearing. So you have to buy the whole shaft, or do they sell just the bracket with bearing?
is it AWD?
@@ElectronicMechanic50 Yes it’s the AWD ecoboost 3.5

Nice.. need help with removal of strut mkt 2011 3.5 turbo..
Is this on 3.5 or the 3.7?
its 3.7 but everything is the same the only difference between the 3.5 and 3.7 is the size of the pistons in the engine
Are you sure?
I'm seeing that it is a female spline on the 3.5 with no bearing....
@BrothersNorthWest on a mkt? Or on another model maybe that changed it on a different year that I'm not aware of.
