Why 3000-4000rs cases is considered budget.. Imo here in India 1000-2500rs is budget and mid range is 2500-4500 and high end is 4500-6500rs and above 6500rs is enthusiastic 😂
Edit: Indian youtubers should never consider western budget as Indian budget, because our economy is different than there's.
For example if I buy 12400f cpu, here it's always considered as top cpu not budget and i7 is for richer people.. and if I buy Rtx 3050 or 3060 they are also high end GPU for us..
Edit2: plus here we have to pay more than western countries because of import taxes and GST.. for example in usa 12400f costs around 13000inr( converted from usd) but here it costs 17000rs.

I think the Am4 matters on your motherboard which has to be in your case amd it doesn't matter which cabinet it is.

Stock coolet is okay if you don't go for overclocking
