A door from the kitchen opens onto the adega, which contains the wine making equipment. The adega could easily be converted into an en-suite bedroom if needed. A door from the adega takes you outside and onto the path that leads to the garage. Just passed the garage you will find the large terrace, which has a bread oven. This is an ideal space for alfresco dining and taking in the great views.
The exterior steps to the attic can be found to the left of the front door. This is an area that could also be turned into extra living space!
The property has electricity, water and sewage goes to a soak-away drain.

If it does not have a habitation license than that actually does mean you cannot live there. That’s what not having a habitation license means; you cannot legally live there. Stating that you can move in there despite it not having this license is false advertisement through misinformation.

If its not a legal residence I guess its impossible to insure or rent out legally - Is there any way to legalise and what would costs be to do so. Lovely property but maybe unsellable as anything other than a barn??

Gorgeous. A shame you didn't walk down the drive a bit more to the other outbuilding to pan around the land and view. Please focus on land and gardens in your videos. You give loads of detail on internals but not the outside, to us, the garden is just as important as the house.
