To the left of the outbuilding is the larger section of land that has fig, apple, pear and loquat trees. At the end of the land is a stone well that has water all year and helps irrigate the land in the spring and summer.
    The buyer also has the option of purchasing the furniture and fittings at a price separate from the house sale.
    This is a property in a much sought-after area and is new to the Internet. Viewing is highly recommended!

    It's a gorgeous property... it looks to be in amazing condition. That screened-in porch would be a great place to work during the warmer months. Room for a pool for those who want one... in North America we simply call those 'fly' screens on the windows, 'screens'.

      The properties I have been looking at are still reasonable, this one is overpriced by about 80,000 to 100,000 Euros. No one will buy it at this price.

    Beautiful condition but with respect, it is over priced. Casa Rural just sold one in the same pristine presentation, with more land, bigger house, a separate fully functioning 1 bed self contained annexe for less than this. This is a credit to the owners, but size of house and plot small for that price.

    Forget about Portugal. Not worth anyone’s time unless they are absolutely loaded. Spain, Italy, Greece along with Eastern Europe. These are the places where they are affordable and in these countries in various areas they actively promote their properties for foreign buyers. Particularly if you can build a small business. A lot of the areas of aforementioned countries want you there. Portugal is a dead loss. Sad but true

      @@londonbabe2467 you must be joking ?! Greece have just upped their low golden visa threshold to €400k and their FIP visa is €3,500 PCM for one person. The new rules in Greece mean that even people settled there under FIP will have to sell up and come home. At the moment, PT is one of the more affordable countries.

I’d definitely marry a Greek fella, Spanish, Italian and almost any fella from the first world 🌍 as long as he’s normal, slim, handsome and white .
