    1. Sleep at least 8 hours per night.

If you want to maintain a higher level of Testosterone as you get older there are a few considerations. 1: Your diet and lifestyle.. If you are sedentary and are storing too much fat(estrogen) you're going to run into issue's which bring's me to my next point 2: Physical duress. There's nothing wrong with going for walks or hoping on a treadmill or doing light workouts.. These all have health benefits, but if you want to elevate your testosterone you need to put your body under considerable physically stress. The best way to do this is to progressively implement and sustain a strength training workout. Building muscle is paramount to a man's physical and hormonal well being. Which brings me to my last point. 3: The psychology of agression. As men get older and become cogs in the machine and or father's, grandfather's men become nurturer's rather than conquerors. Now, there's nothing inherently wrong with that. It's part of our growth but it's something to be cognizant of. In your 40's and beyond you're most likely not going to be competing for woman or playing competitive sports but there needs to be something where you can channel aggression positively. Once again, the gym is the perfect arena for this if you go with the right mindset. In my experience too many guy's of all ages treat the gym like a social club and by doing so greatly impede thier results. This doesn't mean you have to be an over the top rage machine. But you want to keep a certain level of agression in your actions in your intent. Lastly kid's, don't do gear unless you plan on being an IFBB pro. You'll thank me later.

At 46 and after over 4 years of being completely off my fitness routine (I was working out, cycling, mountain biking, and hiking a lot for several years prior) I got fat n weak again. Started back up on the fitness routine a month ago and performance and fitness and mental levels are coming back up. My only problem is sleep as I've always been a light sleeper my whole life, averaging 5-6 hours or so each night. Eating habits are typically whole foods which I home cook so no issues there. Anyhow, information presented there is spot on.

@@ergusmurgus1465 I second that by saying that breathing has a huge effect on sleep, and doing 4-7-8 breathing every day and prior to sleep as well as taping your mouth can make a difference. Also, the obvious, get rid of all stimulants as well as alcohol and retest. No sugar before bedtime, as this can mess with a hormone that suppresses the urge to urinate at night. So better a protein rich food 3 hours before bed and little carbs. Do this for 2 weeks and come back to report.

For the kids watching this, just know that as long as you are working out consistently right now and dieting and getting decent results, even as you get older and fall off possibly from routine due to life just know that the foundation you are building now will make your life 10x easier when having to get back on the train. People who do struggle 10x more as they are not only weak to begin with in older age but also have to contend with lower testosterone unlike y'all where it's just flipping on switch to produce more from muscle memory.

I agree that stress is a potential factor as one gets older & could potentially exacerbate hypogonadism.
I'm 35 & the stress I experience now compared to when I was 20 is incomparable.
Even though, at the time, I was a Commando-trained soldier in the British army deploying to Afghanistan, it never fussed me.
When you're young, stress just doesn't hit the same way.

Don't mistake your, "ability to handle stress", or now lack thereof, with other issues, like cptsd. I am also 35, and the only reason that I learned I had cptsd was because of my kids, and they're struggles. I was not aware that I was constantly living in a state of stress/anxiety to perform at a level which I thought was acceptable. Turns out it went waaaaaaay deeper than that. Listen to your body, if it is telling you the stress is too much, listen to it. Find out what is causing your body to act that way. He literally says it in the video, our bodies don't decline with age if we take care of ourselves. Sometimes we just don't know what that *actually* looks like due to social norms or expectations

Maybe easy for some, not easy for everyone. Cutting stress factors from your life is not something everyone can just decide to do and it's done overnight. When there are medical issues that prevent you from sleeping or working out (or both), which causes you to stress over that fact, the stress factor cannot just be cut out. Then there are work, family, and several other issues that add on to your stress levels. As you may have guessed, these comments apply to my current situation, and if I could just drop the stress factors, I would.

I'm managing to climb back up getting a handle on my emotions and understanding myself on a deeper and uncomfortable level. Many people try and keep a high spirit glossing over insecurities, but it is our weaknesses that get the better of us, the painful places are the best indicator that there is something to pay more attention to, so practicing stilling and softening the mind and body once or several times daily helps overcome blockages and maintain equilibrium and healing.

Beef & other red meats are best, but especially if budget is a factor (and who is it not a factor for these days?!?!) chicken, pork, eggs, sardines, butter, even bacon. Only salt to taste. Only water. Cut caffeine to help reduce cortisol. Organic/free range/grass fed is again, best, but ANY meat is better than cheap, nutrition-less carbs.

Considering some natural options to try and help boost your testosterone is definitely a good thing to think about, especially if you’re under 30 years old.
That part out of the way, let’s say for example that your total testosterone is in the 100’s or low 200’s. Many people find themselves in the low 200’s to maybe 300 and they are already eating healthy and exercising.
In this situation your body is already not producing. The reality is that there is nothing “natural” that can be done to raise a free testosterone score from 230 to 800-1000.
It’s too big of a difference. Natural options simply cannot compete with synthetic testosterone cypionate. And yes, once on it it’s best to just stay on it. You can easily stay on it for 30-40 years if need be. Many men already have. There is so much evidence and studies that show that having healthy physiological levels of testosterone can potentially help to avoid many other diseases and health related issues.
If you can combine trt with a truly healthy and committed lifestyle to eating right, staying hydrated and doing resistance training with some cardio, you’ll be far better off and look and feel better than the other guys who are not on trt and living a healthy lifestyle.

I really like it, it's not for everyone I would say because it's all in an alcohol based tincture. I know some people don't like that, but it really ramps up the absorption in my experience. You take the equivalent of maybe half a shot glass and for me the blood starts pumping a lot better, I get more energy but not the jittery caffeine kind. It's more like the type of energy you get from being angry only your not angry. When I'm feeling over burdened and really run down I often take it and it can really help me get through the day. But if I'm not working out hard or in need of adrenal support I usually just take a holy basil capsule or make some damiana tea so I don't waste the LMR. As a side note, its been so good as increasing circulation it's been selling as a male enhancement formula as well. Lol

    1- distraction
    2- people's taste are different
3- educational need focus on words
All the above ceeate some tension on the viewer.
Also I'd kindly suggest the zooming in and out to be tamed if not completly removed,
    Why?
    1- focus !

    Hard work and well sought.
Its a shame to be following the trend that will not last when it can get close to be classic...

Thank you for your suggestions. The music originally started because my mic isn't very good and it picks up a lot of subtle background noise, so the music covers that.
I've had numerous comments about the music though, some positive some negative. In the most recent videos I've taken the volume down further. If you're up for it, you could listen to one of those and see if it still causes the same distraction and let me know. I consider the feedback valuable.
I'm ordering a new mic this month and I think I'm going to try a video without background music and see what the feedback is like. Going to play around with ways of making my office more sound proof as well.
