I finished EW and HW has a really special place in my heart - as much I like other expacs, nothing top HW and prob never will. It hurt and inspiring at the same. HW broke a piece of me and it will never be the same again :’)

@@sovicheas Yes! I've finally met someone who agrees with me on HW being their favourite expac :) I love ShB, but HW hits me the hardest. EW is good but it's unfair to judge it coming out of ShB just like judging SB is unfair coming out of HW
Man imagine a reimagined rendition of this for the Halone fight. I love that dungeon's fight theme, but to hear "Guide us oh mighty Fury! Guide us to Victory" right as she would unless an ultimate attack would've been just * Chef's Kiss *
I hoped they were gonna use the orchestral version of "Heroes" since they didnt use it on the Ultimate

Excellent music but not the national anthem; would be odd for Ishgard of all places to switch to Draconic midway through their anthem after all.
Why would the Isghadrians sing in dragon tongue for their anthem? makes no sense
Ask Soken or Oda, I guess bc in the beginning they where friends, even King Thordan theme starts with a chorus in draconic tongue.
In reality The hymn is composed of 3 points of view, namely the heretics, Ishgard and Nidhogg

Lore wise has no real sense other than "lets pray tribute to the old times when Man and Dragon were friends".

This has to be the peak of ff14. Shame that it became anime garbage. Well shb was also great but it didn't have the same weight like hw did.

I don't hate ff14. I love the game and it's side content. It keeps me coming back every day because most games are wack. But the ending part of endwalker left a bad taste of my mouth

@@villaniousmustache4898 I... Uhh I don't think you understand what he means. He's not saying that it's a copy of an anime... He is saying it's using tropes and styles which are anime in nature. You know because it's a Japanese video game, written by a Japanese woman (currently) who probably watch anime growing up.
But yes Shadowbringers and Endwalker are really heavily influenced by anime and manga story telling. I mean fighting at the end of existence against the embodiment of despair is anime as all fuck buggery. The end of Endwalker is so cheesy its managed to become a fine brie if game endings.
