Man, my Hubsan h501s has been collecting dust, and this is the first drone review I've seen in a couple months. After seeing this, you got me all geeked about flying again. The only con (to me) was a bit of jello in the video. Nothing to keep me from buying this though. Love the lights. What sold me the most was that speaker.. I knew that drone's would keep progressing, this by far is very cool. And a squirt gun ? I gotta get one of these "BAD" What a fantastic review, I Definitely want one of these .. well done!
Thanks for another budget drone I’m not sure if the gimmicky speaker thing is my cup of tea but I am still trying to get my friend into drones and he wants to start cheap. I told him that’s not always a good idea. Especially when you think your going to get DJI performance at budget price loving the steady content and glad your finally able to go to Quebec to see dad. It was great to watch.
@@sureshs9612 yes I got a mavic mini flymore combo. He liked it so much he ordered one. Then when it came 2 weeks later he chickened out and said he couldn't justify spending that much and sent it back before he opened it.

Just a heads up for Dronies. Most drones have lights in the following pattern. Red lights on the left, green lights on the right. This is just like maritime lights and if you know this, it should help to know the orientation of your drone when it's in the air. A rule of thumb is this, no RED port LEFT in the bottle

Can you deactivate the GPS? And its possibile make a program in javascripting ti control it by the computer withoit using your telephone? So you can keep tour position, the immage that you're recording only for you? Maybe the company who build it can see everything the camera is whatching
Awesome Video. I also bought a non 3-axis gimbal drone and they all suffer the same issue. wobbly video and bad images. You can definitely notice when you buy a bit higher priced drones. But for a starter, it's a good one. keep it up

This one seems to be quite decent. Although that video and photo quality is certainly questionable. The so-called 4k is more like an enlarged 720p. Speaking about that, if possible, please also review the newly released MJX B20. The electronic stabilised video sample from the factory seems to be very impressive. It might be a budget drone with huge potential.
My SG906 Pro arrived today from Bang-Good. Ten days from order to delivery. No complaints from me, except it's been raining since it arrived, so no chance to fly it yet.

Nothing happened on the tracking page for quite a few days, then it was in Belgium, and the next day it arrived. The sun is out today, and I'm going out to play. ;o)

Why is that cheapish Drones NEVER have a HD Camera? Every Review I have seen for Dones under £200 has had either low quality Video, or Jumpy, or shaky Video or you see the Props. A Good Camera is one of the most important things in any Drone.
Normally a camera on a drone is around 20% of the cost of the drone. So if you buy a $1000 drone, you are getting a camera that would retail for $200 that is missing a display and user interface, since all of that is through the app. So your $200 drones contain a $40 camera. Not many $40 cameras with great 4K video. Lets not forget that the price does not include the GIMBAL, and it is the GIMBAL that keeps the footage stable.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 I agree with you there, but, the problem is the Fake Pricing. Let's say you want a Mobile/Cell Phone with a 40 mega pixel front Camera. Say a Samsung Galaxy S21. That would cost you around £669.99. However...If you bought all the same components that makes the S21 and built it yourself, the cost would be closer to £200. If you bought all the components in bulk, you would be able to sell your Phones for around £150. The same applies to Drones with HD Cameras. The $1000 Drone only costs around $400 to build because they are made in Bulk. Lets say you went onto ebay or amazon and typed in a specific drone. There will be lots of sellers all with different Prices. That is pure Greed and Fraud.

FPV DRONES (ones with goggles & drones go fast & do flips & through tiny holes) takes skill and practice. If you have patients, you'll be rewarded. However, if you wish to fly out of the box, then you are looking for a beginner drone which are called CAMERA DRONEs. If you have a small budget go for the DJI MAVIC MINI. If you have no money, go for the CSJX7 PRO.

Hey capt. How's it going I have a quick question . I just ordered the tiny hawk 2 indoor drone kit. Which version of betaflight should I download so I can us the turtle mode, and be able to flip the drone over when it crashes. I did see the project mockingbird software on a video is that what enables the tinyhawk to flip over after a crash. That you for your time I really appreciate it.
I liked this very much. It seems fairly complete drone (basic unit without the extras) except for the battery duration. Below 15 min is my cut off point for duration, except this is a low-price unit, so I should be a little bit forgiving. The add-ons are interesting choices - especially the water gun! I've never heard of a loud speaker either - I didn't even expect to get add-ons with a low priced model. But I'm curious in the fact that it looks just like the DJI Mavic Pro model without holding one side-by-side to see the differences. I know the lights are different between the two, and the gimbal camera looks different too. I noticed a little waviness in some of the playback video but that could have been all the transfers that the video may have gone through.
That's a good drone with tons of features and long range as well as flight time. Will be a long while until you outgrow it. Highly recommended in my opinion.

What drone would you reccomend with decent amount of flight time, camera, GPS, and obstacles avoidance if possible for $1000. Im fed up owing a drone and not being able to fly cause of the rain. I have been flying holystone drone 720 right before thunderstorms here in Florida and got some good video it’s jelloing so bad, need a better drone if I want to be on the cover of National Geographic lol. You know for a budget drone this offers a lot of features & capability & I’m really surprised at the level of sophistication of a drone in this price range, but here’s the thing I don’t understand, with this much effort going into this drone, why wouldn’t they offer one that has everything this one does, but with a bigger battery for more flying time & obstacle avoidance! I just don’t understand that, so I would buy this drone, but for the fact that it does not have a bigger battery & obstacle avoidance! I mean imagine getting this drone & you fly it into a tree! That’s unthinkable, but it could happen, so for that reason I would not buy this drone without those two features a bigger battery for more flight time & obstacle avoidance to keep it safe from an amateur like me from flying it into the side of a building, but as always great video & good job of presenting & explaining things, but but it seems like such a waste to me for the folks who manufactured this drone to not have thought to include a bigger battery an obstacle avoidance! I simply cannot wrap my head around that one! If you start cheap it would sound smart but if you get a dji they have a great camera and stabilization and the mavic mini starts at 400

Do you know flight range and image transmission distance?
Range is around 1000 meters because that is also the range of the speaker

The RTH is a fixed altitude (you can't change it)

When you tilt down the camera at around 4:50, you get really awful white balance from the drone.
Surprised at how much jello was in the video from it considering it's a gimballed camera. Pretty neat and looks cool for a budget drone.

Rain? If you want to fly in the rain you'd need the Powervision Poweregg or a drone by SWELLPRO

CAPTAIN DRONE hey what do you think about the Skydio 2 drone ? Just saw a review and it looks like it could beat out the mavic pro 2. I have been flying holystone drone 720 right before thunderstorms here in Florida and got some good video it’s jelloing so bad, need a better drone if I want to be on the cover of National Geographic lol. I have not really posted any drone videos on my channel because they are so shaky but the stills are pretty good. You do the best reviews on here, keep them coming

You know for a budget drone this offers a lot of features & capability & I’m really surprised at the level of sophistication of a drone in this price range, but here’s the thing I don’t understand, with this much effort going into this drone, why wouldn’t they offer one that has everything this one does, but with a bigger battery for more flying time & obstacle avoidance! I just don’t understand that, so I would buy this drone, but for the fact that it does not have a bigger battery & obstacle avoidance! I mean imagine getting this drone & you fly it into a tree! That’s unthinkable, but it could happen, so for that reason I would not buy this drone without those two features a bigger battery for more flight time & obstacle avoidance to keep it safe from an amateur like me from flying it into the side of a building, but as always great video & good job of presenting & explaining things, but but it seems like such a waste to me for the folks who manufactured this drone to not have thought to include a bigger battery an obstacle avoidance! I simply cannot wrap my head around that one! Again thank you for posting video 2 👍🏾👍🏾 for content & quality!😎
why didn’t they just make one that is high-quality yes more expensive but I just can’t imagine buying a drone that doesn’t have obstacle avoidance! I mean the battery flight time of 15 minutes is certainly something they could’ve actually improved one and shit hopefully they will because I actually buy this wrong but I’m not buying anything wrong they have a price if it doesn’t have obstacle avoidance! Just doesn’t make sense to lose your drone because you flew it into a tree!
