Hi Steve 😀👋 my friend. Happy Holidays to you and your family 🙏. A great drone for fishing and pay-loads. Excellent battery time. A fantastic video 💯👍😁. Thank you so very much for sharing this wonderful video and God bless you and your family always. Have a great week my friend
I always love it when you do alternative drones from less known brands. I love hearing of drones like Fimi and Blackhawk/Exo drones. Have you thought of covering the Fimi Tele eventually? It does say it's weather/water proof. And has a x30 digital zoom, which I don't know many if any drones that have anything close. You also have things like the BingChat drone that looks more cheap and gimmicky. Not sure it'd be worth the price when there are Autel Evo Nano's out there. Then there is also the Ruko F11PRO 2. Looks interesting, I'm assuming the 6K camera they talk about is for pictures and not the video. I just wish we could get more drones trying new things. I feel like DJI was probably the best and worse thing to happen for the drone industry. So many good innovations in the tech came from it. But I feel so many other companies can't help but try to copy DJI instead of trying their own thing. I love the V-Cotre purely for the fact it's unique. I do think we could see more 2-3 motor drones in the future. I love the idea of VTOL's for a faster speed and ability to take off vertically.
Hi Steve, when the drone was released a bit back, I saw the advert and yeah all you said was mentioned but the camera quality I had a bit of an issue as it reminded me of my Mavic 2 Zoom, still a great drone in my opinion, anyway I did put it out there, but I may have annoyed the boys and girls at Aeroo somewhat, they did say it's not a camera drone, but a payload/fishing drone, it is all well and good, nice performance too, but a good camera can would be nice especially if your fishing, you would want to see as much as you can before you release the fishing lure and line and make sure there are fish in the area, however perhaps the best kit would be the power dolphin water drone. Anyway it is an ok drone and if priced right I may consider one, I am not a fan of fishing, but my parents are, we do live on an island surrounded by the Indian Ocean after all. However drone law here by our Civil Aviation Authority prohibits drones that can carry payloads. You're not allowed, maybe if you take a boat far away you may ise it for fishing, just keep it out of the flight path of the helicopters and planes.
Hi Steve, a beast of a drone. Batteries will never cease to be an issue in all walks of life, like to see a drone that can fly with solar panels 👍panels may add more weight, but made into the body of the drone can reduce.
The payload release demo of poor Sharky as captured by the 360 had my palms sweating:/. Never knew such a drone niche existed. Can it do beer runs? Thanks for the well produced demo Steve.

Ey, Cap. What do you think of the DJI Flip? It looks a very weird/interesting design. I love the portability and probably the good noise and flight time performance. Definitely getting it in... January? Probably? We need the drone talks back, so many exciting drone/dji news lately.
I am not a fisherman, but if I were I would probably be getting this drone. As for a camera drone, it seams there are smaller ones with the 03 system that would be more desirable. Good review however and well presented. 👍👍👨🦳
since Budget drones are the most popular on your YTpage are you planning to make a Throwback review of OLD Flagship drones that you can get USED for a cheap price and make a review whether its good to buy Used old Flagships than NEW entry level drones? like the P4 , Mavic 2 etc , would be an awsome video to go back and look at the OLD drones compared to Todays Tech
i think captain drone may not have kept them all, i think he previously said he sells them off or gives them to friends and families, but i do wish he would do a take on older stuff he liked such as the poweregg (he did a whole winter on that) or the skydio
The P4 is no longer relevant with so much technology advancements from dji. Atti mode is mostly only useful for training and there are other ways to get that.
@@UanVinizLuciano it depends on what you use them for. If it is for commercial purposes, it defeats the purpose of purchasing an old drone. If it is for recreation, why bother with old tech. Unless you actually already own the drone, always go for a newer model. The technology outweighs any cost savings.
Holy moly... It's a beast and and price to go with it. Have you considered doing a comparison to other drones that are capable of carrying payloads/fishing lines? Does it classify as waterproof/water resistant? Just asking, because taken the built in fan to consideration, flying this drone in countries which have very high humidity or misty weather might make the drone become wet inside because of the fan, and if the interior components aren't made water resistant, it'll most likely make the drone drop like a rock... (An very expensive rock)
There are just a handful of drones that do PAYLOAD/FISHING carry. I have reviewed all of them. It is not WATERPROOF, if you wish to pay an extra $1000 you can get a waterproof model from SWELLPRO.
Steve, with Thanksgiving just being last Thursday, like the TV Show WKRP in Cincinnati you should have did a Les Nessman and dropped turkeys instead of the shark. 🙃 🤣 lol In the summer, I think you need to go back out to that school with some water balloons the kids would go nuts over that. 😁 🤣 lol P.S. I sure thought you were going to see if you could get sharky to eat the landing pad. 😁
Too bad I didn’t know about this drone earlier….unfortunately all shipments after September will have integrated RID….all earlier shipments was an external module on the “honor system”……….
The integrated system is easily disabled with a jumper or desolder the antenna lead. Software "updates" will be written to disable sending stored flight data if you choose.
I left a message earlier on another video if you knew any good deals going on for drones for Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Not sure if you ended up getting anything but I ended up grabbing a Neo for 180 on the DJI website. i mean its something.
Yes, I have been sending out info for the past week on the TH-cam COMMUNITY regarding deals. I think only subscribers with cells phones receive such info.
Be careful… When you watch Dustin Dunhill’s vids on range, the only way anyone else will receive the same range is to fly where he flies at the same time of the day. Extremely small amount of interference in his flight area of Hawaii compared to where the majority of people live in the world.
@CAPTAINDRONE798 He's no longer in Hawaii. He's stateside now but still fairly rural. Yep, it's normally ideal conditions but still fun to watch because of his thrill seeking. Also good to know what you get in a perfect world.
I am going to get a fms ranger 1220 mm and I was wondering how you know when the battery is going to die. also how do you know if its flown to far and is going to disconnect.
If your radio does not have a timer then Get a tiny LCD timer and place it on your Radio. Set the time to countdown, and set it for the battery size (so 5 min, 6 min, 7 min). As for range, it is simple… when you can hardly see the plane and can’t fly it… you’re out of range.
As you said if your not interested in payload not for you. I am interested in large gps drone like this though without payload. What do you recommend?? 😎
FPV Goggles are for FPV Drones. This is a GPS Camera Payload Drone, so the answer is Nope. Signal behind objects would be the same as most drones on the market.
Hopefully these wont tank like 3DR. Ya, remember them? These drones are nearly identical. The 3DR could hover 7.5 minutes while slinging 40 oz. I rigged several dropping systems and spent many years hauling bait out in the ocean. Battery supply and eventually parts were it's eventual doom.
I'm not 100% sure but I think this drone has something to do with Hubsan? The same start up sound and the propellers are exactly the same as Hubsan Zino 2 but just bigger.
Thank you but there is no need for that. I used to have viewers sending me all sorts of things, but I ran out of storage space, so now I only accept RED WINE!!!!!!! 😂
It is simple once you know how. You have to watch a video on how it is done, because it is next to impossible to explain. Hundreds of videos out there on how to fold such things.
The Arrow Pro is a serious piece of kit, offering impressive payload capacity and flight time. However, compared to DJI drones in the same category, it lacks advanced features like obstacle avoidance and sophisticated flight modes. It's intriguing to see a non-Chinese drone competing in this space. While it offers unique capabilities, DJI still sets the standard in terms of overall performance and features. I'm curious about the price-performance ratio of this drone, especially considering its limitations compared to DJI.
This is actually the a Hubsan ocean 1 which is rebranded for countries outside China, again to circum navigate the on going market exclusion of drones made in China, similar to how you can buy rebranded dji product. Remember Exo drones, who sold hubsan in the USA for 4 times the price lol
