I THINK THEY WOULD THROW HIM DOWN AND "THROTTLE HIM LIKE A MOPED " FIRST... Great book series given to me by my 93 year old mother. I bought the video series with the jewelry box and silver flask and me and my wife watch an episode every night. She loves it and I love the way the series is so DAMN WELL DONE. The characters are first rate, the acting is superb and you actually believe your are in Scotland in 1740. The producers, writers, and Directors of this fine video series , deserve 90% of the credit for staying true to the spirit of the book series and getting the right people to play the parts. Sam is one lucky dog. I bet he cant go anywhere without a thousand women trying to Marry him and bring him home to Mother. I wish they made more series with this Quality. 5 stars out of 5 stars for the books and video series. RH DSD
