I see that the booty band is not supposed to touch the Row n Ride at all. I have extremely short legs (just under 5 feet tall) and my booty band rolls and rubs all over the center bar of the machine, gets stuck on the seat etc. when I do this workout. Any suggestions?
It sounds like you may be shifting your weight forward too soon and relying on the handlebars instead of keeping glutes/hips back, to push through the heels (you'll also feel this more in your hamstrings and glutes - back side of legs than quads) as this will keep butt back on the seat. To be honest if ur knees are not good I this machine is not good it do work ur knees out I’m pretty use to it but my knees do hurt I just take it easy and For recovery I just bends my knees back and forth
My creaky knees felt like it needed W240 just getting out the car or daily activities until I purchased this little doll. Also,helped with relieve hip joint aches for me during cold weather. I go at my own pace until I am ready to advance to the next level for ME.
