Looks really nice! Have never yet stayed in the Lake Ozark, Osage Beach area yet. But have driven thru there so many times on 54 Highway that I almost know it like the back of my hand! I lived in Kirksville some years back.

It makes for nice family vacations. Lots of fun memories growing up and spending time down there. Not exactly a destination I'd recommend to people who live very far away though (it's not really that special).

Does this complex have an elevator? And did they serious just charge $150 for this condo? That's a good deal.

It's a great deal. We rent through a local real estate agent named Ruby Snyder. There's also similarly-priced units available on VRBO.

Hi there, have been watching your Lake of the Ozarks videos; noticed that the June 2, 2012 "Tour of Rental Condo - Four Seasons Raquet Club had the same greenhouse kitchen window. Just made me wonder if there had been balconies in that unit and this one as there is wasted space and there is the 2nd door into the master. Upkeep of balconies and railings are high so it might have been more cost effective to convert to a closed area; also a security issue because patio doors are easily breached. Do you think Village at Four Seasons is better than Tan-Tar-A Estates?

The video quality issue (interlaced combing) is the fault of your video editor. Make sure to set it to output the video as progressive (and deinterlaced) so it can process it and combine the fields (even and odd lines). Nice tour, the place looks pretty nice, but some things need to get upgraded. Some of the furnishings could be scrapped, including some of the older headboards. Also, those box window things need to go or at least the window panes need to be replaced. They look like single pane windows and also are prone to a lot of condensation. The dining and living areas were a bit odd being so close together and not being separated by different flooring or something. Did you do a tripadvisor review for this place?

Yep. I'm aware of the issue. I since set the camera to capture in 60p instead of 60i, so even the raw files should look much better on TH-cam. The preset I use in Compressor now takes care of the issue you mentioned. Box windows are in every unit. Probably against HOA rules to remove them (I agree 100% that they should go). You're also right on the mark with the living/dining separation. That's one of the first things I noticed about the unit. No Tripadvisor review this time.
