There is a replay from Falcon where it's done. However, it was a team game, and the guy froze his own probes to prevent storm from killing them. It worked really well.
At about 24:04, LuckyBack's probe count plummets from 65 to 38. I think that's what did him in, after that he lost his bank and didn't have the economy to keep up. Not sure what caused it though. I don't see any orange in the vicinity of his probes.
65 minerals in the bank and a total of 5 surviving SCVs with smaller army supply. I think if Luckyback kept grinding he might have won, but imo Mong certainly deserved this victory.
@@JohnDoe-l4d9h I read really fast 😟 so if the text is before my eyes I see and retain it 😂 I guess I shouldn't really complain as it is kind of an ability
@@TRYCLOPS1 Yup! I haven't played SC in forever, as my hands can't really keep up anymore (which is why I play on console now, haha), but I played the crap out of FMP as a kid. I definitely much prefer the 8 sided maps with the gas on either side of the main.
The majority of Protoss supply was probes and corsairs-useless against tanks. He might have been able to keep going if he built some expos at other bases, but that would have just dragged it out without changing the outcome.
@@RJB_TV I understand that in this game. But in many PVT matches, it is always the protoss that does the guerilla warfare which is a lot riskier than the terran just turtling up.. that alone puts terran in the advantage.
This sort of games annoys me and is the problem with "Fastest" map players. They get stuck in their ways and don't see how something that previously didn't work NOW will work, and further KEEP adjusting to hit your opponent where it hurt without putting ALL of your bank into it. It was a great idea to break the front door of Terran open with Zealots and reavers, but also should have used Carriers up front. The switch to all ground for a minute was smart, but as soon as that tank production went up HOLD the zealots you fool. Build carriers, and drop some of those zealots. Use the arbiters to recall zealots behind enemy lines. Ugh, dude only knew how to threw money away and became a terrible player at the end there. Losing to a turtle and full enclosement like that is truly embarassing.
🎉🎉🎉
I know it wouldn't be the optimal play, yet I still really want to see an arbiter turn a stack of 70 SCVs into ice cubes!

This might be my favourite Terran victory you’ve cast. What a well played game by Mong
Nice cast!
Spoiler alert! 😅
I swear I'm gonna start posting the "losing" race as sweet victory to keep people in their toes
@@dylaninnes8541or you know, just don’t read the comments before you watch the game 🙄

Wow. That was awesome comeback
Gotta love Fastest Map!

I' not sure why the valks aren't sent after the carriers when the carriers pulled back without other cover, hm
check out that scv count at 15:10 lol
nice
Around 30:05 one ghost a few nukes would have been fun to see on hitting those outlying toss bases.
But it turns out he didn't need them. haha
damn falcon is still kickin it
Always kickin' it!
When you see Mong has big problem during early game, and with a long progress bar... Then you will know Mong will come back...
That was brilliant. Love all your videos, BUT without the epic tag I almost left like 3 times. Thought T had no chance. Cheers
Back and forth, dungeon siege, and a comeback gg❤
ooh this is gonna be a good one
SO COOL😲
Incredible game.
An amazing reversal )
had to save this one!
Third! I'm looking forward to this one (I'm still on the ad before the show...)
There is no amount of money that cannot be spent 🙂
For the algorithm

Toss shouldnt have lost..he had all those sairs and didnt use any dweh..lol
Why Protoss GG? More population more resources more workers

Mong very good player
Can i play starcraft remastered for free?
Yes
@@interestingtimes182 please tell me how, I really wanna play
@@ibrahimshudeen1310 You can get brood war for free , but you have to buy remaster if you want to play in ranked matches .
This game was not over , stupid tap out ,
Protoss can win but he still say gg?
That's my problem with terran.. they can just turtle their way to the game and will still win the game.. the damage to price ratio is enormous
it is not that he just turtles, it is that he is forced to turtle because of the overwhelming protoss pressure and control over the map.

That's the problem with protoss they go mass dragoon every round and get mad when the other guy counters it
@@JcoleMc while terran just needs to have 30 tanks and then they are favored to win

Not epic imo. More like incompetent on the Protoss player..
