where in NYC can you find a 2bed for under $3500? The apartments looks good, especially the first apt and apt 6. Is it in brooklyn? Most 1bed in Brookly are going for over $3000.
we just got really lucky! yes both are in brooklyn (trendier area). We built a good rapport with landlord and broker and got picked among the competition 😅 + they were in a hurry and set the price at $3350!
