Hey girl I feel you . I live in that apartment you were talking about . There are definitely some shady people who live on property . Also for the amount we pay to live here you think safety would be a top priority . The security here is laughable .
damn, i’m currently moving to seattle from boston as a new grad and i watched your vid from 4 months ago about apartment searching. and now i just got hit with this new video of you searching again, idk what to expect in this city since im still looking😭😭
I lived in a "luxury" apartment in Northgate for three years and if it wasn't for the location, I would have been OUT after the first year. Everything was super cheap material. The "countertops" aka just fake wood, would peel up around the dishwasher and oven from the heat. Our washer broke and they didn't fix it for weeks after I kept asking for a status update. The office was never open and if you called, they would NEVER return your call or emails. I would NEVER recommend the Enclave in Northgate (525) or any properties managed by that management company. I went on to live in a much worse apartment (I was desperate after a breakup) and broke my lease there after 2 months because of a spider problem. EW! Learned from both of these experiences to read google reviews. Now I live in a house with roomies and it's great! I do want to move out in a year and will be targeting Renton area.
I live in the same place but in the west building and it's wild how different the experience has been. I haven't had any issues and I've been here for almost 2 years. I do agree that there have been sooo many insane events recently
Your apartment has a beautiful view of the city, Your apartment is very comfortable and It's amazing to see the city from those windows. The city is very relaxing, This city is very big and I like big cities. Thank you very much for this video, I really appreciate it. Greetings from Lima, Peru. 🇵🇪🦙🇺🇸🗽☺️👍
What type of indoor camera do you have for your fur babies? I am looking for an inexpensive one, hopefully. 🤞🏻. If you can, can you please send info about your indoor camera for your pets.
It's ridiculous to have to pay for parking where you live or plan to live-that definitely needs to change nationwide. Anyway, I'm planning to move to Seattle at the end of the year and can't wait. Could you let me know which area of Seattle y'all were considering? If you’d rather not share, I completely understand.
Thanks for the tour! What is the name of the property management company that you are touring / your friends are recommending? I just moved to the area and hoping to find a good apartment
I just moved here a month ago and still havent found anything i like im probably just gonna have to settle for something because these airbnbs killing my pockets 😂
I started watching the video but stopped it soon because there was too much over-acting in her expressions. If I can't trust her body language/expressions, maybe I won't trust her words too, so preferred to stop it.
If you got it till the end on why I’m ENDING my current lease- TY FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! Hopefully this all rolls over soon 😭😳😔

try using thrive communities! other than Zillow :)
@AngelicaPham Is Thrive the managing company that you've heard good reviews about? They recently took over my complex also, so far so good.

Less talking head, more of what you are trying to feature.
