Wow, your from North Carolina, as am I, near the Greenville area. Go Pirates whooooo! I don't have a southern accent but lots of people around here have them, that's for sure! Their accents get different and much heavier depending on what county they're from. 😂🤣

Several good reasons,expensive in California,fires too,2 other states-Nev.NM could have issue with lack of water soon. Crazy people in Florida,hurricanes too. Northern states too cold in winter. I live in Louisiana,a lot of history. New Orleans floods and hurricane issue. I live near "Lafayette" -pronounced ( Laugh Fay Yet). (Best food in the United States). Cajun- pronounced Kay-jun food is the bomb.
