I remember really clearly falling in love with a dress in a magazine, knowing I could never afford it. While on a business trip I saw a big bridal outlet and went to check it out. They had only had a few choices but one of them was the magazine dress. I tried it on and it was so clearly "the one" and from the outlet it was in my budget. I was so overjoyed. I can only imagine how thrilled these ladies all were. What a beautiful thing to do Hope!
This is such a cool story 😭🙏🏻 I am actually amazed at how many of these designers you can find second hand for a fraction of the price!! Everyone deserves to feel like a princess on their wedding day ❤️ it always makes me happy to see people get their dream dress!

I had a very similar experience. When I got married in 1990 I found a BEAUTIFUL DRESS in a magazine. The problem was it was over $1,500 & at that time in my life (20 y/o) I couldn’t afford that, plus where it was available wasn’t in my state or even near it so I knew I’d have to find something else. When my Mom, BFF & I went dress shopping I must’ve tried on 7-10 dresses that I liked but didn’t love…I knew it was because of that dress. The owner of the dress shop then was like wait a minute what do you want in a dress? I said “I want lace, ruffles & satin but not a lot of any of those…just enough to accent where each is in the dress.” She said I have the PERFECT DRESS” and she brought out my magazine dress…and she had it on clearance for only $250!! My prayers were answered and since I saved so much money I had a photo shoot done in my dress at a Country Club nearby that my photographer was a member. We had a HUGE picture of me in my dress as you walked into the reception and my Mom & Dad have it hanging on the wall in their house. I love that picture and the whole experience with my Mom & BFF.

I love you. My fiance and I are going to elope, because we can't even dream of funding a wedding, so my dress will be under 500. Lol. What you've done for these women is just beyond words. You were a fairy godmother, a Saint, absolutely selfless. You are such a wonderful person.
I decided to elope and within 2 weeks and found a long white dress for under $40 from the mall.. a veil from Amazon for under $40. It would have been amazing to have had the time and funds to get something amazing, but I have many years to have amazing experiences with my wonderful husband, and getting married on the beach was magical. Congrats and best of luck with your upcoming marriage.
Me too! I wouldn’t go above $500 for a dress. I think I’ll have a dress appointment like this just for the experience but most likely will have to buy it online or secondhand. Anything over is too much! I just think how that money could go towards something worth more like the venue, honeymoon, catering etc.
@@brooklynbound0 I feel you. I really do. For us, it's more that we could use it towards a car or moving expenses. As much as I would love to own a wedding gown, it's just not in the cards for me. My family lives on one side of the country, his on the other and there's no in between. It's not practical to ask one to travel and the other not to and we most certainly can't afford two weddings when we can't even afford one. So secret elopement it is. lol. Honestly, I don't think they'll care. We've been together for 9 years already. It's just paperwork at this point. hahaha
My dress was 40e and even that i got as a gift. Our whole wedding costed 100e. But out 10 year anniversary will cost a looooot more than that, thanks to our better financial situation.
I bought mine at a wedding dress store, I chose a top from one dress, the bottom from another, changed a few details, got it all custom made just for me at it was 500! (I have a video here on youtube from our wedding if you want to see the dress) It doesnt have to be that expensive!
I paid for my own wedding dress and got it at a thrift store for like $30 because I knew I couldn't afford anything new. It was pretty and I loved wearing it, but I always wanted the 'say yes to the dress' shopping experience. So to see these girls get that fills something so positive in me.

I went to at least 10 bridal stores and tried on every dress i kinda liked. And left broken hearted and hating my body every single time. My mum ended up taking me to a dress in a rural town and i found the ONLY dress that looked ok on my curvy body. She bought it and it was $800. I liked it, but honestly, now that i don't have contact with her anymore and knowing that hubby and i paid for the rest of the wedding ourselves (families are abusive narcs on both sides) i WISHHH i went to an opshop and bought my own dress. Not just wearing the only one that my body looked good enough in to please my toxic mother. I wish i could redo my entire wedding day tbh LOLOL. I will one day but please don't feel bad that you didn't get the say yes to the dress experience. Its always chalked up for tv. Not everyone's experiences are magical

Just seeing these ladies pick their weddings dresses with the help of their loved one and then basically getting it for free, made me tear up a little bit, what she did is very touching, I’m really happy for the three of them! I can’t imagine just how thankful they must be for her! It was such a nice gesture. And I wish them happiness!

As a bridal consultant, I have seen first hand how special it is to be in the room when a bride finds her dress. 9 out of 10 times I myself have to hold back tears watching my bride be so happy that they found a dress. Buying a dress is like finding a fiance, when you know, you know. Watching this is makes me so happy, thank you Hope for being so amazing and bringing joy to all of us.
I’m not trying to be rude here or anything but why is it so important to find the “perfect dress” which chances are will only be worn a handful of times and are overpriced for a piece of fabric.
@@toggle. there’s nothing wrong with either outlooks🥰 for me personally I love expressing myself through clothes and matching themes and creating fun looks so I’m not sure why for me I wouldn’t have a dress I loved even if I only wear it once. But if clothes or a dress isn’t something you value put the money towards a honeymoon or a different aspect, it’s really about perspective and values along with hobbies :) hope that helps

Yesss oh my gosh I thought I was crazy when I started crying after they put the veil on me with my wedding dress. I had tried on almost 20 at that point and once I saw myself in it I knew! This is such a sweet thing to do because it definitely is a big stressor for brides.
I love that Hope is constantly giving back to her community. She's so incredibly generous. Weddings are such a stressful and nerve-wracking time, giving back to them like this is so meaningful

I bought my dress at Walmart for $11 and my veil at a yard sale . My shoes I already had along with the Tiara I wore. I figured our wedding was around $400 total. That included everything including our license. I honestly wouldn't change anything because it was a simple no frills wedding which fit us perfectly. :)

This is so incredibly sweet! When I got married, I couldn’t afford a nice dress. I found a woman who goes around to different boutiques & buys dresses for cheap then offers them for free for brides-to-be. 10 yrs later I still think of her & am so thankful for her generosity 💜
You have definitely gained a subscriber today. I remember going wedding dress shopping with my mom. She always got so so excited when looking at dresses and just as she thought she had found the one, the price always ruined her dream. Throughout all of this she was also going through cancer and we were going through tough times. She decided she wanted to get married in case she wouldn't be with us for very long. Thankfully, she got a beautiful dress, she got married, had a wonderful time, she survived cancer, and now she has been cancer free for 3 years in a happy marriage. I really appreciate you doing this for these beautiful ladies because I know that a wedding is much more than just a party. Congrats girls on your marriage wishing y'all a happy future!
I have never been into weddings and fancy wedding dresses, but seeing these beautiful brides to be, and Hope generously supporting her fans, shows how it’s about the memories you are making with your loved ones ❤

A lot of people will not understand the significance of this. Like “oh it’s just a dress she’ll wear one time” but the fact that these women were able to get their absolute “dream dress” without suffrage of expense, is just amazing! Imagine being a bride and saying yes to the second runner or the fourth because it was in your price range, or purchasing your first choice and being in debt. Amazing, amazing thing you did Hope! We should try to find joy in something other than material things, but yes, not having to compromise on this one day is a wonderful gift.
Also, it's never just "one time" if they decide to have kids (biologically or adopting). They can always pass these down. I have had friends who got married in a dress from their great-grandmother and so forth!

This made me so emotional. I got engaged on Christmas last year and my mom passed away suddenly last month before I ever got a chance to try on dresses. Seeing all the moms there just makes me feel extra emotional. So happy the girls all found their dream dresses though. They all looked so beautiful.

This is not something you see ever on youtube... a successful youtuber giving back to her fans in the most special way. Honestly loved this video more than the usual yes to the dress. Hope you are a beautiful person and I'm so glad you're getting the views and attention you deserve on this video. humility and generosity to perfect strangers is exactly what we should all aspire/ try to do. Mad love on this video, especially as a once fellow bride, knew the stress of budgeting for your own wedding but wanting the perfect dress at the same time and usually always comes with a larger than you want budget, getting it and for free wow so bloody cool because no doubt this would of helped them so much and in more ways than one.

I'm estranged from my family and had such a small wedding (9 people, including me and my husband) and I wore a $400 wedding gown that I shopped for with my best friend, who made me feel like a princess, even though it was such a cheap dress. I would have DIED if someone had done this for me. Good on you, Hope!!

Watching them here the price was so heartbreaking because they were so happy in it, and then the panic was evident. They probably didn’t know how to say “I can’t afford this” but when they saw the $0 the relief was so evident on their faces, what your doing is life changing ❤️
This makes me so happy. The only thing I’m concerned about is as a soon to be bride on a STRICT budget, I would NEED to know the price before even trying on ANYTHING. So I definitely wouldn’t be able to say yes if it were out of budget.

This is probably the most heartwarming video I’ve seen in a while. It really shows how generous you are, Hope! Since childhood, I always wanted to buy new dresses to impress my friends at school, but my mom keeps saying no, not because we couldn’t afford it, but because she thought it was unnecessary and I don’t need to have beautiful dresses to be cool in front of my friends, I am beautiful the way I am. Even though that had nothing to do with wedding dresses, this video reminded me of that. I really enjoyed this video, seeing everyone all in joy and happiness trying on their new dresses. I am sad that we did not get to see Lauren's dress, but i am so thankful that Hope did this, because weddings can cost a lot of money! So buying the wedding dress can help like crazy!! Thank you Hope for helping these brides pick and buy their dress.🙂

This is so heartfelt and heartwarming. My best friend's mother in law owns a wedding boutique and so I was very, very privileged to get a big discount on the dress of my dreams. Me and my husband paid for our wedding ourselves, so any discount, any bargain helps. By buying their dresses for them you have given them.soo much more they can do on their big day. That's the way you should want give back to people. I just hope I can pay it forward for my nieces when and if they decide to get married one day. ❤❤❤
