    Hello I'm waiting for my Zonda to arrive and wanted to ask you about the cooling setup on yours. I couldn't really tell in the video what you did differently with a single pickup rudder as apposed to the dual rudder setup to make it run cooler. Could you explain? Also is it possible to run two 3s 6000 mAh 80c batteries (Zeee 11.1V 80C 6000mAh 3S) as apposed to running two 6s 5000 mAh batteries that you're running. Not looking to break any water speed records till I feel comfortable with it. One last thing the little battery going to your motors, some detailed info on setting that up would be great as it makes sense. Would really like to copy your setup for my boat. I can give you my e-mail if it's to long a list to put on here what I'm asking for. Thanks!

    Have a Great Day!
    Raymond

      My trim of the single rudder pick-up cooling is too increase the water flow In the esc and motors. And i have also drilled the half of the rudder, I changed the attachment on the rudder for the radiator hose, for more water flow.
      My extra battery is for the servo and the esc, because i was told to not disturb the powerflow to the motors. Miniracingteknik in Sweden told me to do that, and they compete with rc boats around the world.

    Hi, what a great boat. I am considering getting it. Have you had any issues with the stock setup and your 2x6s graphene since you got them? Seems like you are running it responsibly and making sure that it stays cool with your rudder modification. Would you have any other recommendations to make sure it lasts a long time?

      I havent had any issues this summer. Im careful with the time and when to stop. Running overtime is an disaster for the batteries, i have blowed many other batteries before with running overtime. Ive had my Zonda for 3 years now, and i do regular service. No problems that have occurred since i bought it.

      @@northswedenrc5260 cool, thanks for the info. I ordered mine with the same graphene batteries, planning to drive it in germany this winter. Seems like cold is not an issue for the electronics. I also noticed you are using a small extra battery and different props. Is that sth you recommend? Cheers!

      @@chriswaiblinger1569 This is the best setup for my boat, i got the tip from a proffesional. The stock props are not good for the 6S, use TFL prop 43 14 Aluminium.

    dude, whats is your speed with 2 6S and how long it low the battery?

    • @northswedenrc5260
      @northswedenrc5260  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      With TFL Prop 43 14 i hit 110 km/h. The speed depends on the props. And the drivetime depends how hard you go on the speed, 6 to 8 minutes battery time.

    Awesome vid bro!
    Have you had any problems with ya boat so far? I have had two TFL boats so far, all with quality issues (one had a bad paint job, another missalligned motor Mount).
    I do consider to buy one of these. Either twin Genesis or Zonda. :)
    Hope to hear from you soon.
    Cheers

      Emil Wilkens the stock setup gives about 90 km/h, but i changed the prop very early to 2 TFL 43 14. Now I have a speed of around 110 km/h or more. Cheers

      NorthSweden RC thanks for your answers, greatly appreaciated! Are there any reason why you are using external BEC and not just the Seaking internal?

    • @northswedenrc5260
      @northswedenrc5260  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Emil Wilkens because a proffesional told me that competes that you shouldnt disturb the power supply to the engines. ;)
