Czechia also created, basically a precursor to the UZI in the 1940s, the VZ 23. Then again, SMGs were a thing since 1917/1919, so it's not really an invention, but most SMGs were more like just, automatic fire rifles in pistol calibers, and the VZ 23 was smaller, more compact, and, it had a folding stock variant :P
Also the Skorpion... And on the topic of military hardware, the LT Vz. 38 and 35 (aka Panzer 38(t) and 35(t)) which were crucial in the German war effort, the Praga AA truck, which despite being made to be anti-air was used as an anti-infantry vehicle in the Yugoslav wars (and was very effective in that role) and last but not least, the SHKH Vz. 77 DANA, an artillery piece used most notably in the current Ukraine war
