Westerner countries always work with both sides, it called: Check and Balance in politics. Modern Rwanda however, succeed to maintain stability, only because we have double agents. Only African country to have double agents, because we grew up overseas and know well how Western intelligence works. We work with US, UK, France….., we who is who and who’s doing what. Congo is being destabilized by Western powers, not Rwanda.

Thats not true and just an agenda that has been perpetrated by Tutsis and their western allies. The genocide is actually an event were the victim is the perpetrator and vice versa. Kagame is an american trained war criminal who has misslead and forced a false narrative about the genocide for over 20 years now.
