A doctor at Northeastern University is using his version of English here. He has created a word called, as he pronounced it, “Complext”. I’m only high school educated so I am not familiar with higher education and Northeastern University employees new creations of English. Don't eat convenience foods that are processed, i.e., handled a lot! Eat SIMPLE, cleanable, healthy foods! Definitely not cooked meats mixed with other things.
