      @@POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE I’m ready to see more on the 5th gen Cummins in general. I’m going to email y’all for a quote on a 2nd gen swap looking at the s467 setup. I hear it makes good power and decent for towing. I don’t tow heavy equipment but the occasional car hauler with a vehicle, boat or camper

    Awesome video. Is there anything that needs to be done to the Aisin Trans.

    Just this today! After hammering down on the interstate for “research purposes” at 98 degrees it never got above 150 on the trans temp!

      Bless it Lord!!! Was the install hard to get through ? I know it not a oem fit . You won’t hurt my feelings !

      @@POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE No pretty straight forward. I watched the video so I didn’t have to keep crawling from under the truck to get tools. I will say that bracket has got to be made of duct tape and chewing gum because as soon as I put the wrench on to loosen it the thing snapped in half lol

    This will obviously help in hot weather but my concern is in sub zero temps in the far north high elevation areas. Any info on this?

      Vehicle OEMs installed transmission cooler bypass systems on modern transmission to get fluid warmed up quicker. The newest 6, 8, and 10-speed units are loaded with temperature-sensitive shifting valves and getting fluid warmed up sooner helps the transmission shift as designed and the overarching design criteria is always improve fuel economy. Eliminating the cooler bypass valve will increase the time/miles required for the transmission to reach full operating temp, and a cold transmission will shift a little different. If you install one of these bypass kits, just keep in mind your transmission will warm up slower, so I would avoid full-throttle / high-load conditions until the fluid has a chance to warm up on its own. Also best practice to use full synthetic fluids and keep fluid & filter changed regularly.

      @@Best-Synthetic-Oilscom Can this be installed with just the stock trans? No upgraded valve body?

    • @Best-Synthetic-Oilscom
      @Best-Synthetic-Oilscom 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Cam38352 I don't see why not. If you eliminate the trans cooler bypass feature, your trans will take longer to warm up, especially in cold climates.

    Great video. I have this installed along with revmax valve body and deep trans pan. My temps when fully warmed up hocer between 163-172. Is that normal? You said pressure = heat. And after my valve body install temps went up from 155ish to what I mentioned above. 163-172 isn’t bad for the 2020 68rfe right?

    • @POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE

      Those temps are 100% I’m check even up to 190 I don’t get to Nervous , 200 and beyond is WAY to hot ! Keeping them 190 and below is where you wanna be sir !!
