    I had these, used hard for 12 years. A spring or something broke in a toe brake but they still worked fine. I recommend them to anyone, they work with everything and do everything.

      I don't mind the pedals and they've been working for me. It's good to hear that for the price I could potentially get a good 12 years out of them!

    As for the noise... I was thinking of possibly using Silicone Gel. But, then I have a house full of cats which will result in dust bunny contamination. :) The only other thing I could think of is find some really thin felt and, after testing, glue it appropriately to keep it in place between the sliding pieces. Right now I am stuck with a twist stick rubber, so I can't try this myself.

    I have to agree, they are way too noisey and take away from the overall immersion. The tension dial doesn't do anything either, I bet it's not even hooked up to anything inside.

      For me they are butted up against the wall. If you dont have a wall to use then I'd used some velcro (hard floors) or some kind of carpet spikes (carpet floors) and stick them to the bottom with some 3M double side tape or something.

    I just got a set of these. IMHO, save your money and get something else. I will be selling them and saving for a set of Virpil pedals. These are awful. I had a set of pedals that I got with my old G940 FFB system. They were old and wearing out but they still worked and they were comfortable. Only thing was, since they had a serial type connector, I had to have the G940 joystick plugged in to be able to use the rudder pedals. So I got the Pro Flight pedals to eliminate this issue. Well, in a word, I hate them. They feel weird, the brake pedal part is at a weird angle and they are so uncomfortable for my feet. I have large feet (size 15) and even at their longest, the pedals are way too small and they are so narrow my feet are constantly trying to fall off. Never had that problem with the G940 pedals. On top of the comfort issue, they just fell weird. They aren't smooth and if you turn the tension all the way down, they're still too stiff. As someone who spent most of the last four decades working on airplanes both military and civilian, I can assure you they don't feel realistic at all.
    I personally am VERY disappointed in these. Fortunately I got them as an open box so I didn't pay full price for them. I am learning the hard way that when it comes to PC controllers, you get what you pay for.

    • @DenialDan
      @DenialDan  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah like I said not my favorite but gets the job done. I contemplated between these and the thrustmaster ones because they're around the same price point but I'd like to get a premium set. Wondering if winwing will make a set to go with my hotas. Guess we will see

    I own these pedals. They are angled way too flat and it's really difficult to depress the toe brakes without doing some leg gymnastics. Very uncomfortable to use. It's not too bad if you have them close, directly under your feet, but that's not realistic.
