I don't buy bread anymore! The perfect quick bread recipe from my Italian friend. Only!
Challah bread.
RECIPE for Challah Bread.
100 ml warm milk.
200 ml warm water.
40g sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
1 chicken egg.
20 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sow 550 g flour.
20 g corn starch.
12g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Add some flour if necessary.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edge of the dough.
Roll out the dough roll with your hands.
Roll length 32 cm.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Secure the edges of the rolls.
Fold the dough like I did.
Repeat after me.
It's very easy.
Shape the bread.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Grease the bread with vegetable oil.
Cover the bread with cling film.
Leave the bread in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Beat 1 chicken egg.
Brush the bread with beaten egg.
Sprinkle the bread with white sesame seeds.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
I use oven mode: warm top and bottom...
The bread is ready!
Look how beautiful the bread turned out!
