This is one of the most delicious and successful recipes I have ever tried. The bread in the baking bag turns out wonderfully, bakes well, is crispy and golden brown! Be sure to try this recipe!

Ingredients and recipe:
Warm water 400 ml
Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
Salt 1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp.
All-purpose wheat flour 630 - 680 g
2. Mix well with a spatula
3. Put the dough on the table and knead it for 4-5 minutes
4. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
5. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
6. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
7. Cover with a towel and leave for 45-50 minutes
8. The dough rose well, what a beauty!

10. Dough weight 1105 g.
11. Divide the dough into two equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes
14. Take 2 baking bags, length 30 cm
15. Attach the bag from below
16. Form a ball of dough and put it in a bag
17. Do the same with the second piece of dough
18. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
19. The dough has risen well
20. Cut with a razor or a sharp knife
21. Tie the bags
22. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 35-38 minutes.

You can use big oven bags , where you buy alfoil and cling wrap in supermarkets
No knead bread is much easier . And I do it : 12hours ca in the fridge. 1 hour in the kitchen

Looks very interesting but visually I get similar results in a closed Dutch Oven. Best from Oregon, USA
they are not plastic bags they are roasting cellophane bags that are oven safe, dont use a plastic bag or you will have melted plastic all over bread and baking tray and both will need to be thrown in rubbish. also take it out of bag as soon as out of oven or your crunch bread will be soggy soft mess

@@michaela6513 Genau. Und vorher Backpapier in den Topf packen, dann brennt auch nichts an. Ich backe das Brot in einem kleinen Dutch-Oven, der in den Backofen passt, gerade richtig.

Durch den erhitzten Kunststoff gehen die PFAS, die Ewigkeitschemikalien ins Brot und natürlich verteilen sich die PFAS auch in der Luft beim Backen dass die Lungen auch was davon haben. Und so was wird promoted mit Heilewelt-Musik.
I am a certified Pastry Chef, just going to share some knowledge that was taught to me. Please do not be offended. You never mix salt into your yeast, sugar, warm water mixture. Salt kills yeast when added directly like you did in this video. Always mix very well and numerous of times the salt in with your measured amount of flour then combine that into your yeast, sugar, warm water mixture and combine then knead it until smooth. Do not over knead your dough because that developes the gluten and gluten makes the bread dough get tough. If you knead too much once baked the bread will be tough instead of light, airy and fluffy. Looked delicious. did not know about baking bags before, thanks for the lesson. If you put a pan of water on the bottom shelf of your oven below the bread, as the water heats up it will create steam and this will make the yeast in the dough expand more before the heat and salt kill the yeast. Makes the bread very moist and fluffy due to expanding. Thank you for sharing your bread making talents.

@@Jacktors they are special bags made to be used in an oven. People use them to bake turkeys. Look for oven bags at the store, I think they are made by reynolds.

Ein Bäckermeister erzählte mir einmal: „Das ist doch Unsinn, im Plastik zu backen. Vermeidet lieber das Plastik und auch das Backpapier. Beides kann ohne ungesunde Chemikalien nicht funktionieren.“ Tatsächlich müssen sowohl Plastik als auch Backpapier mit chemischen Stoffen (BPA, PFAS, PHTALATE) behandelt werden, damit sie nicht am Teig haften bleiben. Diese Stoffe sind gesichert schädlich und sollten daher vermieden werden. Vor allem PFAS auf Backpapier reichert sich im Körper an und ist eines der Jahrhundertchemikalien. PFAS bauen sich sehr langsam ab und können sich über viele Jahre oder sogar Jahrhunderte hinweg in der Umwelt und in Organismen und in eurem Körper anreichern.

Please - do not use just a random plastic bag. That is not healthy. They are using a roasting tube. Which is as well not healthy - Phthalates, Antimony, BPA and other Bisphenols are used to make the plastic usable for high temperatures. Who wants to eat that?
For that kind of bread better to use a cast iron pot or full metal pot with a metal lid.

Deutschland hier: Interessantes Verfahren. Aber heutzutage ist jedes Stück Plastik, das man vermeiden kann, wichtig. Das Ergebnis wird in einem Kochtopf, oder Gusstopf mit Deckel genau so gut. Das Ziel ist ja, die Feuchtigkeit zu erhalten.

So many questions about the bag that I looked up "Are baking bags toxic?" and the 1st response I got was: "Cooking bags can be safe if they are made from FDA-approved materials and used properly:
Oven bags: Also known as roasting bags, these bags are made from heatproof plastics that can withstand temperatures up to 400°F (200°C) and are usually BPA-free. However, you should always check the label to confirm that the bag is FDA-approved. To avoid tainting your food, follow the manufacturer's instructions and don't use the bag on the stovetop or grill, or at a temperature higher than recommended.
Sous vide bags: These bags are usually made from BPA-free food-grade polyethylene.
Boil-in-bag products: These bags are FDA-approved for food contact and can be used to reheat food in boiling water."
Now that doesn't really say whether using this kind of plastic is any better than any other for the environment, of course. Baking in a Dutch oven, I think, will create the same steam-filled environment that's beneficial for the bread baking but kinder to the environment. Looks like a wonderful recipe otherwise.
I am a bit concerned about using what are single use plastic bags. A Dutch oven does create the same moist cooking environment

Ein Bratschlauch/Bratbeutel ist KEIN Platikbeutel, wie in der Überschrift angegeben.
Dafür braucht es spezielle Bratfolien (oft in Schlauchform), die entsprechend hitzebeständig und lebensmittelecht sind.

Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie viele Menschen das Rezept mit normalen Plastiktüten nachbacken... Einfach in der Überschrift "Bratschlauch" schreiben und darauf aufmerksam machen, dass dieser Plastikmüll für Brot vermeidbar ist. Ansonsten tolles Video.😊
Das nennt sich Clickbait - hier wird sogar die Gesundheit der TH-camr in Kauf genommen, dass manche einfache Plastiktüten verwenden. "Alter Bäcker" "unglaublicher Trick!!111!!!eins!!elf!" und "Plastiktüte 😵" sollen zum Klicken verführen.
Genau das habe ich auch gedacht, zwischen Plastiktüte und Bratschlauch ist ein himmelgrosser Unterschied , schade dadurch landeten bestimmt viele Brote im Müll
Der Bratschlauch wäre aber kein alter Trick. Bratschlauch, Römertopf, Gusseiserner Topf alles möglich

Ein Bratschlauch ist auch wieder Plastik, nur temperaturbeständiger.

That must be it. I will give it a go. I have lost the use of one of my arms and my Dutch oven is cast iron. The bags will be much easier to manage.

el uso de plástico no es recomendable para la salud, aunque diga plástico para asar, es plástico y seguirá siendo eso. La receta es buena...solo demanda mucho tiempo.
