If you have good fundamentals you can overcome a crappy trigger. Too many shooters run out and replace their trigger when they'd be better served spending that $ on ammo to practice with or getting some training.

Another superb review by our favorite gun guy Jason! About the higher price tag, yes it’s a yeeouch but looking at this from the longer view, that could be seen later on as nothing much if we consider that this probably is the best made most reliable 22 handgun ever made that can do it all in the best and the worst of times. Later on it may be that even 22 ammo is hard come by, but if a fella has planned ahead and stocked up enough then that’ll put wild meat in the pot to feed our family.

It's hard to get a good price on these nowadays, unless you happen to just see one sitting at a local dealer. I suspect the higher demand for them is driven by skyrocketing ammo prices, with .22LR being the cheapest ammo for the most part.

My guess about the ejector rod length on the .22wmr, is the parts interchangeability between the 3-inch and 1.875-inch barrel versions with the same chambering, due to not enough room in the barrel shroud on the short model to accommodate the longer ejector. I say, Ruger should just make additional parts and provide a longer ejector.
I bought one and like it. Mine shot so hi. Even with the sight bottomed out I couldn’t hit squat at 7yrd unless I am below the target. Shot good groups though. I sent mine back to Ruger I hope they can put a taller front post in it or something. Had it out 3 times and no one could hit either.
