Sobriety is a miracle, but it's not a bed of roses. Once you put the drink down and the honeymoon wears off, you're left trying to work out how to deal with life on life's terms.
I made this video when I was having a bad day because it made me feel better. That makes me think that it could help you to feel better too. Try it. Make a video, or get out a pen and paper and start writing. It's incredibly helpful. Or talk to a friend. That can be even better.
